People being very helpful and nice and I didn't even mind how long the wait was because you could see that they were really trying to make sure that everyone got everything that they needed before they were done with them. He kindly explained that USPS does not scan the packages that they pick up from Lincoln Postal until a few days once it's along the delivery route. The person who I sent the package to received it within a week. The only reason why I will knock off one star is that the person who I spoke to should have expressed the delay in scanning by the postal workers when I expressed confusion about where my package was. This should have either been noted on the receipt or told to customers when they are sending a package. Nonetheless, I would come here if I have an emergency but for now, I'll stick to the post office.

I showed up expecting the line to be out the door but there were only 7 or so people inside. It took maybe 15 minutes to wait in line and process my package shipment. Granted it was a Friday afternoon so maybe that worked in my favor. All the employee interactions I observed seemed cordial enough. Especially when compared to the few customers that would watch videos on their phone without headphones or conduct phone conversations while waiting in line. The most "rude" interaction I noticed from an employee was when a customer (who had filled out the incorrect form) asked the employee if they would fill out the right form for them and was bluntly told no. This seemed like a reasonable response as any. Maybe I would have a lower review if I had to frequent the post office more often but my experience was definitely not as bad as many of the reviews listed here. So if you have to ship something very simple, do not let the fear of potentially mild discomfort hold you back from going to the criminally underfunded federal entity that is the US Post Office.

Now cameras\phones\AI I assume is so advanced you can do a virtual walkthrough for your quote, which is very nice. Milan was fantastic at setting everything up, Ronny and JR were in charge of the crew, and they were fantastic at navigating the myriad issues involved (coop to coop move). They managed to move 5 Billy bookcases, 3 of which are 15 years old at this point, without a single issue of any kind. These are not the sturdiest of items, so I find that impressive. They had zero damage at either building, and given what I saw in the myriad moves from our old building, where I was a member of the board, most moving companies have a total lack of care.
