I'll be honest-- I have never had a bad experience at this UPS Store! Everyone who works there is extremely efficient and knowledgeable. I do have to admit that Riley is my favorite. I often have to send packages overseas and he makes this experience so easy as he is an expert in all things global. I believe he is also a licensed notary! My wife has had several terrible experiences lately with bad service on Amazon returns from this store. Twice they have made errors with the same package and the employee here not properly labeling the package therefore it was returned to our house and not to amazon. I waited to see if things would get better because everyone has a bad day. But now this is the third time they have made a mistake but this time it is much worse!!! My wife brought her $500 Dyson hair dryer here to return to Dyson for repair and Dyson just emailed my wife saying her package did not contain a hairdryer that it had a back scratcher in the package. At a time when good customer service seems rare - with automated systems, offshore call centers, and AI replacing human interaction - this UPS location stands out. This is not the place for printing documents. Small fees everywhere that FedEx did for free. Maybe good for shipping but not printing.

Great experience here today, even on 'the busiest shipping day of the year'. All the guys were extremely helpful and nice, and provided outstanding customer service. I needed to get a shipping label and instead of having me use the customer computer ($2 plus .35 a minute) they had me email to their stores email & printed it for me. I had brought a tape gun to close my Amazon book rental box up and the guy literally took the tape gun out of my hand and taped it/closed it while I was emailing label info. I was sending packages for a friend and said 'cheapest route' and was given a price. When I say that at the post office I get a 5 minute runaround and have to listen to every price from top to bottom even tho I have clearly said I want cheapest route. Every. Damn. Time. So thanks to this store for being fast, friendly & efficient! read more

This review is strictly on shipping price. Please note that all of the employee's are always kind and friendly. I had a very large box to ship. It weighed 31 pounds, was 41 inches long and 11 inches by 11 inches - I made the box as a long triangle shape. I was shipping the box to Valdez Alaska, which I do often so I know it is an out of the way location and takes several days and blah blah blah. UPS cost was 223.00 - I expected that because UPS is always expensive to Alaska. I was quoted 169.00 for USPS Priority which seemed odd to me so I thanked the man for the price and said I would think about it. I ship a ton of USPS just usually not from anywhere besides the actual post office or through my stamps.com account or click and ship on the postal service website. Well it is a good thing I checked because the actual USPS shipping cost was 79.00 - this UPS store did more thank a 100% mark up in cost, and they did not have to package it or supply anything!! I will not be using The USP store by choice anytime soon! read more

I've been using another office for faxing, emailing, scanning, etc and have been tired of waiting and paying too much money. I found this new office on Yelp and it's right in the Safeway at Farmers Lane and Highway 12, or 4th St. What a breath of fresh air. The young man who was manning the station was a Notary, accomplished all my business and was so nice! And it was about half what I have paid other places. He could multitask, helped me with an attachment and had wonderful manners. I'm a convert!! And if you need a coffee or a loaf of bread, Starbucks and Safeway are in the same building. Trey and Bennett just helped me out BIG time. My daughter left her blanket and sheet in the dryer after we moved her into her dorm!! I thought she was going to have to take buses to purchase new bedding or Amazon it, but these guys found a way to fit the items in a smaller box and adjust the price to keep the price low. They went over and beyond to help me out!! I love going to 4th UPS over going to the post office. At this store, they are always helpful. After my many trips to this UPS, I have met several very helpful associates to make my shipments easy and affordable. This is by far the best UPS store due to its customer service. The associates never charge me to apply one strip of shipping tape and they provide me with options on their services. They are always helpful with answering questions and I have never had an issue at this location. Brianna today was amazing by creating a fast but friendly interaction after having a bad experience at another UPS store. I recommend this location above any other. read more

I had a heavy duffle bag I needed sent across the country. I came in a day ahead of sending duffle to learn about options and Attila was a great help to me as he provided the options in a professional and friendly manner. The next day I returned and Attila was working alone and he was very busy. He worked quickly and was friendly with everyone. He had to put my duffle in a box, which took a little extra time, but he did so quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the service, politeness, friendliness and was out the door in no time. This store is one of the best run businesses I go to. They have a sensor at the entrance that tells them a customer has arrived. Even when I run in they beat me to the counter. This UPS Store is right inside Safeway. Why didn't anyone do that years ago? Could not be more convenient. I had them ship several large paintings, and I was nervous about it, but they really did a great job with the packing and nothing was damaged. The guys behind the counter are very efficient.
