I had to return some crocs that didn't fit so of course I had to come here to return them and get them shipped back to the shop. Walking in, both employees that were working greeted me immediately and were all smiles. That's something I enjoy seeing. I absolutely despise when I walk into a shop and the employees don't acknowledge you or at least give you a little "welcome" nod. ...the lady at register was super friendly and got me all squared away in no time. On my way home, I passed by my mailbox and to my surprise were the documents I mailed out from Pack Ship & More. The lady who helped me sent my mail to my address and not to the address I provided her. It cost me $7 and a complete waste of my time and energy. I called this facility trying to get in contact with FedEx in Windsor, and even though I'm sure that the team are sick of calls like mine, the woman who answered the phone had the patience of a saint, and very politely explained the misunderstanding (they're a third party licensed FedEx shipping facility, not responsible for package deliveries to homes), and gave me all of the information that I needed to contact FedEx directly. Brought a very large and bulky package I needed to ship. The manager/owner was extremely helpful and patient with me. She helped me find the most economical method to ship it and suggested ways to pack it so that the item would not be damaged during shipment. Once we agreed on the right box, it needed some cutting and taping and she said she would take care of that for me. All I did was buy the box and she offered to provide me this extra service at no extra charge. I was blown away by this and the excellent customer service she provided. However, I did learn recently that they did charge extra for the UPS shipping fees, which I was not aware of at the time, so I dropped one star off due to that, since this was not made clear during the time we were pricing the shipment. read more

I had to actually initiate a "hello, can I drop this off?" before getting acknowledged. First time in the store and really did not experience anything that would boost a rating above a three star review. Yes, they offer unique services besides your typical pack and ship (Custom designs, license plate engraving, wine shipping, free shipping with pre paid labels, notary, etc), but they do have some flaws. I simply stopped by to drop off a prepaid package for FedEx and was greeted by a long line with an employee not acknowledging anyone who walked in. Come to find out, they had two representatives, but one was hanging out in the back doing who knows what, while the other was struggling on the computer assisting another customer. I have no judgments when it comes to struggles with technology, but I was there to simply drop off a package. With that said, I politely informed that employee that I had everything ready to go and just needed to drop off the package, which in return I received a slight scowl. So I ended up waiting well over 20 minutes just to drop off a package. Do I base this review on a bad customer experience, slightly yes, but not going to give it a one star due to the fact that some have bad days. Again, they do offer ample services, more than one would expect from your average shipping store. read more

So, then I had to print out another document and I brought it to Pack Ship & More. Sean was more than professional and he even stayed open after hours to finish our notarizing. When visiting luddite family in Windsor (they have no printer & weak wifi) I often find myself in need of a business center for a variety of office tasks. Today, I had copies to make and collate, accompanied by quality, color images, all of which needed to be Fed Ex'd, and tracked. These guys were great! Everyone on the floor was kind, courteous, welcoming and helpful. They had all the folders, pens etc I needed, as well as an impressive selection of Sonoma County goods: gifts, organic coffee, honey, soaps, etc. It appears they also have PO Boxes and obviously (per name) full shipping service. A local business like this is a treasure and shouldn't be taken for granted. They deserve your business. read more

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered by FedEx but received a text that my order delivery was rescheduled (for the 4th time now). It was supposed to be delivered today (received a text message at 5:00am) then another saying that it was rescheduled till Monday I have been home all day and no delivery was even attempted. I've tried to call FedEx customer service and many other FedEx numbers but no one knows where my package is or where it can be found... and will not change the delivery address. Apparently no one knows how to contact any of the drivers.. extremely poor service. read more

This place is great! I use them for a personal mailbox and get all my amazon packages shipped to them. They never complain or scowl about the astonishing amount that I have sent to them, plus they help me print out return labels (for free!) since I don't have a printer at home.
