I talked to Heckle and Jeckle, the Olympic champions of Not Knowing a Damn Thing. These two geniuses were confidently spewing fairy tales, just making stuff up like they were workshopping new material for Post Office Stand-Up Night. "Oh yes, sir, your package is... uh... on a truck... or in a bin... or in a vortex? Maybe in space? Let's face it: the package is gone. Obliterated. Launched straight into the abyss by the world-class squad of "I can't even spell tracking number" experts down there. The truth is they lost it, and instead of admitting it, they're over there playing Mad Libs with customer service. Honestly, the whole operation has the same brainpower as a group project where everyone forgot there was a project. Total circus. Total clowns. Just... breathtaking levels of useless.

I understand they are a business and that they have the legal right to charge a handling fee. My issue isn't that they charged a fee, it's just that $20.00 feels excessive for simply handing over a package that was already there. In a small community, moments like these are an opportunity to build good will and customer loyalty. A more reasonable fee or a small handling fee would have left a much better impression. Instead I walked away feeling like a small mistake became an unnecessary expense. I respect their right to run their business as they see fit, but this experience left me disappointed.

I objected and pointed out that I have done returns to Amazon completely unwrapped and the UPS location or Whole Foods has always taken care of it. At this point the two employees demanded that I leave the store and called the police to have me removed. I returned shortly after with the box completely taped, but they refused to help me and called the police again, so now I must drive 10 minutes to the next closest store. This location should lose their franchise!
