I was there today at approximately 3:30pm. There was no line and I did not wait. I took my item and Brianna was so helpful. She found just the right box for me and I left it to her to package my item. She explained to me what my purchase entailed and the time it would take to shift to the location. I was shipping an item for a friend who's husband had passed away and Brianna was very compassionate, kind and patient. I at no time felt rushed or hurried. I went in to the store 3 times to mail a pre paid package and not one person new what they were doing. I thought I would give it 1 more try. I went in and a Brianna was working. What a gem, she had my package sent out in min. This girl new exactly what to do and was very courteous and because of her I will go back., Please manager give her a gold star. I sent the computer for my e-bike for warranty repair and they insisted the return label (which I paid for) be addressed to the store, not to my home. When the tracking number indicated that it had been delivered and signed for I went there the same day. They could not find it. I tried to file a claim with UPS but since it was an independent store I had to refile it at a different site. They denied the claim because it had been more than 60 days since the label was created (even though I made the claim immediately after it was allegedly delivered ). I made several trips to the store hoping it would show up and finally I asked if the store had an insurance policy because their employee had signed for it and now it was missing. Magically the package appeared ! The return label (that they printed) was addressed to the owner of the store. That was the reason they had not been able to find it. I had my original receipt but it did not have her name on it. The store is inside my local Albertsons and I will continue to shop there but I will never use UPS again. read more

The worst customer service ever! Unethical and unprofessional from the top down. Overly friendly female mail clerk repeatedly told me how good my hair smells, while standing close behind me. As I bought groceries across the way, she'd stare at me with a flirty smile while waving hello every time I looked in that direction. ever since I told her that her constant complements made me uncomfortable, she gave me a hard time about picking up mail on hold while on vacation, when it was not a problem before. I stopped getting mail that still has not been returned to sender, and whenever my husband got mail, she'd call him, open some of his mail and read it to him. when I went in to inquire about missing mail addressed to me, I found that my name was removed off the account, my application mysteriously disappeared and the lock was changed without notice or a courtesy call. This clerk told me that my husband instructed her to remove me from the box. When I asked to see my application or a policy that supports her actions, she looked through drawers of customer applications, called the owner, and asked him what should she tell me? Then she told him that I threatened her. She hands me the phone and he starts yelling at me before hearing anything I had to say. he told me that customer applications aren't store on site. When I asked why didn't the clerk say that before looking through a drawer full of other applications. He started yelling again and threatened to call the police. I filed a complaint with the corporate office who told me that the store didn't follow proper protocol. I found a copy of my application at home and found that I became the first holder of the box and my husband became the second. Owner's wife calls the next day apologizing and said she would provide a blank copy of an application and that corporate didn't know what they are talking about. She was supposed to follow up on my missing mail and it's been a month and no call back. read more
