Dropped off some Amazon returns. This was my first time doing it at this location. They scanned the first few items and when they got to the last, the woman asked if I wanted a receipt. I said no since I've never had an issue with my returns before. Well I checked with Amazon and the QR code for my return hasn't been used & my return is still pending drop off..... I called this store & the lady said "this is why I asked you if you wanted a receipt." I called Amazon. Thankfully Amazons customer service is better than this UPS Store. read more

Best UPS in all of San Diego. I live in Imperial Beach, and drive to this location because not only are the employees kind, they're very helpful and super nice too. Copies are made instantly, and prices are the best too. Plus, any package that you send out is followed with a copy of the tracking number, via email and print. I stopped in here after being unsure this location was open (bc lack of reviews..) and not only was it open, but I was really impressed by how clean and tidy this UPS was. It's fairly new (~3 weeks) and was empty at the lunch hour. I was helped by a woman named Pranathi who helped me package a somewhat fragile item and even gave me bubble wrap and taped the box free of charge. My job is close by so I'll be using this UPS in the future for Amazon returns and parcel shipment. The only thing I dislike about the location is that the parking lot is kind of tight/narrow but that isn't the fault of the establishment. Note: Google Maps says this UPS is right behind the Denny's but it is in fact one parking lot over, between the Jersey Mike's and Cabinets To Go. read more

Be prepare for EXTRA CHARGES!! Owner is an Indian old couples who would take the time to bargain for just ONE DOLLAR for half an hour. And the fact that they're charging unconstitutionally for just returning upsets me the most. They're really scraping every chances to take extra revenue at the expense of customer experience. When you're confused or dissatisfied, the KAREN wife is going to tell you that she doesn't care about customer service and emphasize that they're not charity. I sell online and go to a lot of different UPS stores in San Diego. Never have I been to a UPS store that was going to charge me five dollars for a roll of tape because I needed one piece of tape for a box. They were offended that I asked for a piece of tape because I didn't want to buy a roll. They were very rude to me. I'm never coming back here again. Walking into any other UPS store throughout San Diego, they have a tape gun available on the counter for their customers. That's what good customer service is all about. One of my best UPS experiences! Came in to get Certificates printed on nice thick paper for an event and they worked with me to print them in the best quality. I simply emailed the PDF file to them and it was printed, sized and cut down in a timely manner! The darker ink background color printed out very well and it was all for very affordable price. The certificates turned out beautifully and honestly look super professional and was the perfect fancy look for our event! I would definitely come back again! :) read more

I stopped by here to drop off a ton of Amazon return shipments after hearing this location is open from Lee Rollins Firestone. I mentioned I was late and had to get to UPS quick since they were closing in 5 minutes. I called the UPS store and they said told me to take my time and they would wait for me. I arrived 5 to 10 minutes after they closed and I am happy to say that they kept their word and waited! It's run by a nice husband and wife team, Pranathi and Reddy! I am very impressed by how clean and neat this UPS is, the friendliness, and the enthusiasm. You can tell how excited they are to be UPS franchise owners and how they will go the extra stretch to make it a good experience. Before leaving and saying goodbyes, they were insistent on giving me notepads, pens, and business cards. I only grabbed a business card to write their names down. I have several clients close by on Miramar including Surfaces USA and Lee Rollins Firestone. I plan to give all my business to them and highly recommend that you do the same thing! I needed help locating a package I had dropped off the day before and the sweet man that works here (didn't catch his name) went out of his way to help me out versus just telling me I was out of luck. The Miramar Rd location has to be the absolute worse. The ignorant female behind the counter that has a P name was rude and would not allow for me to speak in regards to an Amazon return. Although the return was already in the original shipping box, she kept saying that it needed to be packed.
