The employee had to install the lock while I stood there waiting. I was then given only the mailbox keys and no key for the front door, which limited my ability to access a mailbox I was paying for. On several occasions, I've also gone in simply to pick up a package and somehow received pushback over something that should be completely routine. Every visit feels like walking into the Twilight Zone. I ask a basic question or need a basic service and am met with deer-in-the-headlights confusion. Getting anything accomplished in person at this location feels nearly impossible. Who owns or manages this location? There appears to be a serious lack of organization, training, and basic customer service. For a business people rely on to securely receive their mail and packages, this is not acceptable. For these reasons, I will not be renewing my mailbox at this location, and I will not be doing business here again. When customers are paying for a private mailbox and basic services, they should not have to repeatedly deal with disorganization, unnecessary pushback, and difficulty accessing services they've already paid for. Every live animal shipment I have received over the past 7 years through the Heater Court location has been handed to me at room temperature, as opposed to too warm or cold, which is vital to maintain the health and safety of live animals during travel. Packages that I have shipped through this location are always handled with the utmost care and arrive safely at their destinations every time. I have NEVER received or sent out a DOA animal through this location. Then even though I sent them the correct title late, they overnighted it to customs and hustled to get it cleared in the nick of time to make the ship.

I was never contacted by FedEx before customs clearance and was never given the opportunity to pay the customs duty myself. Instead, FedEx paid the duty on my behalf without asking me and then added an additional $15 "Disbursement Fee." When I disputed the charge, FedEx explained that because the shipper had indicated that duties and taxes were the recipient's responsibility, FedEx automatically handled the customs clearance and charged me the additional fee. That is not the main issue. I understand that I may be responsible for legitimate customs duties. My complaint is that FedEx never notified me before paying those duties on my behalf and never gave me the option to pay them directly. A simple email, text message, phone call, or payment link would have allowed me to take care of the customs charge myself and avoid the additional $15 fee. For a purchase of only around $60, an unexpected $15 service fee is significant. Had I known in advance what the total additional charges would be, I might not have made the purchase at all. Customers should be clearly informed BEFORE FedEx provides a paid customs service on their behalf. Automatically performing a service, adding a fee, and only explaining it after the customer receives the bill is not good customer service. Very disappointing experience. FedEx should provide customers with a way to pay customs duties directly before automatically adding a disbursement fee

Once you have your unit and key, easy access by gate code during open hours so mostly self-service. Protecting the dynamic driver required making an inner sleeve to exactly fit the curved contours. A hot glue gun was used to bind high density materials to the required dimensions.
