We went to this UPS store in Salisbury after calling to make sure their notary would be available to sign documents. Once we arrived, the notary disappeared and did not return for a while. This was great information provided by the employee that ended up being a wasted trip. I hope to use another UPS store elsewhere. read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Salisbury, North Carolina

I was in and out in less than one minute for an Amazon return. As I asked if they accepted Amazon returns, she was already scanning the code on my phone and printing the receipt. Super fast, friendly, efficient. Perfect location to come to for Amazon returns! read more

3/26/24 They are not located next to Great Clips/Harris Teeter anymore. When I called to find their new location, the man who answered the phone just said, "Can you hold?". After 5 minutes, I called back. Samantha, same message, evidently it's just a recording & you sit there until you're tired & go to the Staples on Faith Rd.....see, it's a Lendmark loan store now! read more

The UPS Store - Shipping Centers Near Me - Salisbury, North Carolina

Got to the store to ship a package. At least 5 customers walked out due to the wait. There was not an overflow of customer, just simply slow service or lack of help. We waited 27 minutes and only 1 customer had been assisted. They were not mailing multiple items, large packages etc. read more

This store and everyone in it, including their supervisor has no idea what they are doing. Supervisor stated they cannot make true copies there, when I myself had true copies made at a different UPS store. Also called another UPS store after leaving this one who said they also have no idea what these people are talking about, they can make true copies. So i have to drive 20 extra minutes out of my way to another UPS store because this one said they could not help. I have never heard of a UPS store that cannot do this. do not go here, they do not know what they are doing. read more

My mother-in-law is friendlier than this staff here. I'll go to another UPS Store in a different city. read more

Rude incompetent. They put wrong address on as return item and won't accept responsibility. They printed label never saw it. Manager unwilling to correct mistake. Don't go there both employees are unable to make correct transactions. read more

I won't be using this store again, the man in there was quite rude, no people skills. My box was open he asked if I had tape, I said no he said I am going to charge you for that, it is not the paying of it that I minded but the delivery of the statement, very rude, demeaning & condescending. so I left with my package and will go to another store. read more

I called 3 times to simply ask if a notary was on duty. I was put on hold after the person who answered was rude, then hung up on. Called back to the same rudeness, 15 min hold and hung up on again. Where is the customer service nowadays...? Always so rude and impatient yet can not answer a yes or no question instead of almost 45 mins on hold. Why can I not leave a zero star or negative star option. read more

Save your time and energy ... call Fed Exp. Customer service is awful at this location.

This UPS Store the customer service people are friendly and helpful. I have mailed out so many packages over the years and never had any problems, with people or businesses not receiving them. The store is clean and easy to find . I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get packages sent or buy stamps. read more

Store was clean and Tiffany was working. They were a bit crowded but she was rocking it! She had 3 different people at a time working on their shipments while safely spaced apart at different counters. I was in an out of there fast due to her efficiency. She was super friendly and very helpful/knowledgeable too! Thank you UPS I will be back to this location for all my shipment needs. Best experience it possibly could have been. read more

Being new to the area, I wasn't familiar with this location and wasn't sure what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised at everything. The store is clean and organized and the employees are polite and attentive. I was able to quickly rent a small/medium mailbox for three months for $70 total. I was in and out of the store within less than 15 minutes. This location was also happy to accept larger packages for me that didn't fit in my box without an additional pick-up fee, which is fantastic and far beyond what USPS will do. Awesome! read more

Rude man works there not a friendly environment no smile feel like they don't want to help you

I won't be using this business location again. I paid for my package to be delivered the next day. When I tracked it the next day it was in transit BACK to its origin because the clerk had attached the address label and partially covered a hazardous sticker (cellphone battery and medical equipment charger inside) He then had the gall to say I had done it! He displayed an ugly attitude and told me to take my package and leave his store. We took it across town to FedEx, paid 25% of the cost of UPS and it reached its address within 24 hours. I had assumed all carriers were similar in price and professionalism. read more

Avoid this place. I tried delivering a prepaid USPS package here and the person working there tried to tell me that I had paid the wrong amount online and would need to pay him an additional fee. I paid the right amount and confirm that later with USPS. Very dishonest avoid this place. read more

When you go this store, make sure the women are working. If you walk in and see a middle aged man, turn around and come back later. Even though this man helped me with UPS package, once he saw me about to copy 2 pages out of a book, he threaten to stop me (yes threatened physical contact) and clearly said he didn't want my business!!! Very rude individual. Treated me like a criminal. If UPS Salisbury nc cares about customers service, they should not hire and will fire individuals who are unprofessional and threatening this man. Very disappointed. Will not go there again even though the women employees are very kind - even if they get the shipping estimates wrong all the time (always lower than estimated). And UPS - be grateful that I have a life and don't have time to sue you for being threatened like this... If I were you I would get rid of this employee ASAP. Someone else may not be so kind and you may be out millions for having threatening employees like this.... read more
