It was under water for a few minutes before we were able to get it out. You could literally see water under the screen, in the camera lenses in the back, and water was trapped inside. We tried to dry it out hoping it was salvageable, but it was turning off and back on constantly. I ended up having to do an early upgrade on my plan because I'm a Realtor and can't work without a phone. I was in shock when I realized my new phone didn't have my contacts on it... My contacts were somehow saved under an email account I had back in 2014. The email was no longer active and I was in freak out mode. I called 9 other shops looking for help, and none of them felt like they could help me. Thank God I Googled iPhone repair shops and these guys came up! I called and they were super confident that they could help get my phone working enough for me to get my contacts transferred to my new phone. They did even better than that.... They got my contacts transferred over AND got my phone back working 100%. Y'all, they literally saved my real estate business. I was in a bind not having contact info for clients, vendors, and other agents... I'm super thankful these guys took the time to get this done for me. I dropped it off yesterday and picked it up 24 hours later. If you need help with anything Apple related, reach out to them! You won't regret it. THANK YALL SO MUCH!!!!

I've had a mixed and ultimately frustrating experience with BLP PC Repairs. I was trying to get my…read moreSamsung Gaming Monitor Fixed and went here on January 20th on a Tuesday. The technician Brian or Bryan was helpful, professional, and genuinely tried to assist me. He communicated well and did what he could on his end. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the owner, Brandon. Brandon was largely unresponsive throughout the process. At one point, I was even accused of not paying for the service, despite the fact that payment had already been made through Apple Pay. When this issue came up, Brian or Bryan also had trouble reaching Brandon, which speaks to a larger communication problem within the business. It is extremely unprofessional for both a customer and an employee to be unable to reach the owner, especially when payment disputes are involved. This situation could have been resolved quickly with basic communication. I appreciate the effort and professionalism shown by the employee, but the lack of responsiveness and organization from ownership made this a bad overall experience. I hope the business improves its communication and internal management moving forward.
