I definitely wasn't buying a new one, so I called New Again. The phone was answered promptly and with professionalism. The gentleman was knowledgeable and friendly and stated he could get my phone in today and have it completed in about 40 mins. I even called back to ask if they could also put in a battery and he didn't sound annoyed by my extra questions! This is a family business, which I love. The shop is small but bright and clean and the wife serves as the receptionist. Their son, I believe has a drink fridge in the business which I think is adorable. Be sure to like them on Facebook and check-in to get your 10% discount. The price I was quoted over the phone was reflected on my receipt and that's always a breath of fresh air. The screen protector was $20 (yes, it's cheaper on Amazon) BUT you get a discount on future purchases. My only suggestion would be to inform customers about parts. As I stated, I requested a new battery-but I'm not tech savvy so I didn't know it wasn't being replaced with an Apple battery. My phone now says that my battery isn't supported and can't give analytics and I don't get low battery warnings anymore. That's definitely not a deal breaker, it would have just been nice to know.
