My computer failed to install an update halfway through the process and kept giving me a "stopcode" message. I dropped my computer off and explained my problem. Lane diagnosed the problem and installed the upgrade directly in the shop. The charge was nominal and he did not try to upsell me on a new computer. When I picked the T-Shirts up the price for shortening two simple T-Shirts was $41.30. This was more than the price of the T-Shirts! The price included $4.50 for each T-Shirt to be pressed. Pressing was not necessary at all. They are simple T-Shirts! Plus the Excess fabric at the hem line was left making the T-Shirts almost as long and the original. It was like a tuck seam line at the length where I wanted the shirts shortened. However I will have to cut the excess fabric myself. I wonder what the cost would have been if the extra fabric was cut off by the seamstress? I paid an exorbitant price for only half of the job. I won't do this again at Vogue Dry Cleaners !!!!!!

The technician Brian or Bryan was helpful, professional, and genuinely tried to assist me. He communicated well and did what he could on his end. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the owner, Brandon. Brandon was largely unresponsive throughout the process. At one point, I was even accused of not paying for the service, despite the fact that payment had already been made through Apple Pay. When this issue came up, Brian or Bryan also had trouble reaching Brandon, which speaks to a larger communication problem within the business. It is extremely unprofessional for both a customer and an employee to be unable to reach the owner, especially when payment disputes are involved. This situation could have been resolved quickly with basic communication. I appreciate the effort and professionalism shown by the employee, but the lack of responsiveness and organization from ownership made this a bad overall experience. I hope the business improves its communication and internal management moving forward.
