I don't ever leave reviews, but my experience was so good that saying nothing would be dishonest…read more Andrew, one of the technicians, spent an entire day helping me diagnose a black screen of death. Business was slow so I guess I got lucky, but he didn't have to put that much effort into helping me, yet he did anyways. Thanks to his help, I was able to narrow the issue down to corrupted drivers, and I met my render deadline in time (practically saved my job). He was kind, genuinely interested in the problem at hand, and did everything he was able to do. I did end up getting a few display port cables, but thanks to his expertise and problem solving skills, I was able to avoid the more expensive troubleshooting options (replacing entire components on my work system). Without his help, I would have missed my deadline, potentially lost my job, and spent several thousand dollars replacing parts that didn't need replacing. Again, I never leave reviews. But in a world of corporations who put the customer last, a small business that puts the customer first deserves every bit of recognition. Please give them your business, I don't want to have to go somewhere else the next time an issue pops up. Thank you Andrew, you rock!

I have both purchased computers and used their repair service. The most recent experience I had was with Lane at the Thomasville location. My computer failed to install an update halfway through the process and kept giving me a "stopcode" message. I dropped my computer off and explained my problem. Lane diagnosed the problem and installed the upgrade directly in the shop. The charge was nominal and he did not try to upsell me on a new computer. I highly recommend these folks for any of your computer needs.

They took more than 2 weeks, were not communicative about the delays in getting the replacement screen, and actually never resolved the underlying issue. Upon going into the business the girl that assisted me at the window was disheveled looking and you could hear the owner speaking on the phone loudly bragging rather than helping his worker. She in fact needed help because she had to step away and ask him questions multiple times. Had he taken the time to properly assist her and I maybe the issue would have been resolved. For $110 and a couple trips and calls to the "business " my daughter was handed a phone with a replacement screen that still had a black screen that would not turn on. I hate to write such a poor review on a small black business but I feel taken advantage of and will always advocate for myself. Stay away from this business!!!

I checked for phone repair shops in the Winston-Salem area and chose Green Wireless because of their high ratings and positive comments. The replacement screen had to be ordered for my older Samsung. It arrived the next day and was replaced while I waited. It worked fine at first, but then, little by little throughout the week became less and less responsive. I brought it back and Sam apologized and said occasionally the manufacturer may have a defective screen, but it is rare. He still had my previous screen so he switched out the screens until the replacement was shipped. The replacement arrived promptly and Sam replaced it with the new screen while I waited. That screen has worked perfectly. That was about a month ago and the screen has been performing perfectly. Sam was polite, accomodating and very supportive throughout. I am very satisfied with the service and the quality of the product and will recommend Green Wireless to my friends.
