    Great place, awesome customer service! Trying to shop local more, and I was please to come here and get a gift for my husband!

    They have hard to find parts. Very friendly place. They are about 5 miles out Pipers Gap Rd from Mt Airy.

    have always used Aarons.. But after the experience I had today.. I wouldn't recommend Aarons to…read moreanyone!! Not even my most hated friends cat.. I ordered a few items and got them delivered with no issue.. My husband also created one and received his as well. We noticed damage to two items one on each of our orders.. Some how the items were mixed up and the pmt methods were confused and swapped and not charged to the correct cards.. That is the first issue, The second us the attitude and willingness to stand behind their service agreement.. Chase, who is the manager and will who is God only knows what there. worked with us.. At first it was great but now that some of the items are damaged they basically said we had to take pictures and bring them in. I am like NO! there was never stated an option to get a new couch even thought the service agreement says.. they said we can take 3 months off.. NO!! send someone out and pick it up and replace it.. Well, Today I called bc I noticed yesterday there was a crack in the top of my dresser that was delivered three weeks ago. Not only that but my husband had to disassemble the sliding door to utilize the drawers.. IT WAS STUCK! Now this?!?! OHHH I was mad.. So being untrusting of the store I called and made a complaint to customer service.. I am waiting on the call from the Regional Manager.. about 30 min after the complaint, I get a rude confrontational phone call from the manager CHASE at the Mount airy NC store.. Say, I don't understand why... he kept repeating that as I was furious bc he interrupted me at work, and basically said I was overreacting and that he did offer to replace it.. He stated he had told my husband he'd replace it.. IN FACT HE DIDNT... Bc I was present for the phone conversation.. I refuse to pay for products that are damaged.. And I refuse to deal with small minded people like Chase and waste money on poorly made products.. I have scheduled a time tomorrow for them to pick everything up Pics are below.. And i will sue Aarons if they don't hold up there end.. I am so mad I cant even see straight. The manager at the store basically made me feel like my time wasn't important, and that he didn't respect me

    My parents over in Fries needed a wireless router for their home, so we chose to go here instead of…read morea big box store to grab one. While they only had one in stock, it was a great TP-Link wireless-N that perfectly fit the bill for what we wanted. The gentleman working there was very friendly and helpful, and it felt good to use a local business. It may have cost a few dollars more, but the personal attention and assurance was worth it. On a side note, I poked around a bit and it looks like they have good deals on custom-built computers, but I cannot rate them as we did not purchase any. We'll definitely check here first the next time some computer needs crop up.

    About a month ago, the psu for my computer went out, and hearing all the good things about Twin…read moreCounty, and about how helpful and friendly they were, decided to buy my part there. While I was there, I asked an employee for help deciding which would be my best option, he then asked questions about my computer, one specifically being what kind of graphics card I had, and then helped me pick out a psu that ended up costing me about 50$. Once I got home, I tried to install the new psu into my computer, only to find out that I couldn't, because the one that HE PICKED OUT FOR ME didn't have the proper attachments FOR A GRAPHICS CARD. So, I take it back. The same employee was there, and he said that I would have to talk to the owner about getting a refund, but he could give me in-store credit to spend. Takes my name and my phone number, and I leave saying that I don't need anything yet and that I would be back to spend the credit some other time. I come back today to try to spend my credit, and the employee is there again today, and there's also a lady at the counter. We tell her what we want and that we have a 50$ credit that is due to us because of an psu we returned. The employee proceeds to walk over just past the counter, and set the psu and the note with my name and credit on the counter and said "this one". I was then told that this whole time there was a no return policy, so I never had a credit allotted to me. That I should have looked at the bottom of my receipt, even though the employee took the part from me the day we brought it back. I beg of anyone who needs help with computers to stay away from this place and its untrained employees and poor customer service.
