First time customer. I called a few days prior to inquire about a DVD installation on my mini van and the phone conversation was convincing enough fo me to drive 22 miles to do business with them. Superb customer service and honesty on the phone. Next day on a Saturday I arrived without appointment as I was told. The parking lot was full with about 12 guys waiting outside. It seemed to me at first there was a bit of koas going on and that I needed to get my son out of there, however after a few minutes of mostly observing and keeping my distance in the parking lot, it was apparent they were waiting to be served or waiting for merchandise or car installations to be completed. All due in part to requirements with COVID-19, which limited how many people could be inside the store at any given time. However, I was approached by 3 different staff members in the course of about 10 minutes that I was waiting outside. Sorry for the extent of that explanation, but it is important to know that if you go to do business with them or any other business now days, expect a bit of drama getting service or merchandise. My vehicle was taken to the shop once I told a staff member about my call the day prior and existing problem with the DVD player. I had already purchased the replacement DVD player or Honda OEM part, so it was just a swap. The tech who got my vehicle asked a few questions about the problem and expectations. He was knowledgeable and had great customer service. They charged me $70 + taxes for the one hour job. The good: The customer service was solid without a doubt. The inventory was extensive and despite the crazy atmosphere with COVID-19, they were respectful and seemed t care about the customer needs. The bad: COVID-19! The issues doing business now days will continue until this horrific pandemic goes away. Be patient if you want service, this is going to be the norm for a bit longer. Went into this place over a month ago. My 12-in Tesla style screen in my beloved Infiniti FX35 was not powering up. I got there early because they don't open until 10:00. At 9:45 the employees started to arrive and one of them walked up to me and said we don't open until 10:00. Strike one. I didn't explain to him that I was aware of that because I needed help with my head unit. The guy could have said good morning or will be right with you but no he looked at me angrily and blurted out something that I was well aware of. I got in right away, and they assigned a guy to check out my system. The same guy from earlier. A little while later, they called me back into the work area and they explained that the screen was dead. I thought that might be the case so the helpful manager rang me up and I left. Once in my car, I realized significant damage had been done to the dashboard. The tech had used a pry tool and had cracked the vinyl around the head unit. Initially I only noticed the left side but later realized that he did it to both sides. The right side started as a minor crack and within days, spread all the way up to the top of the dashboard. I went back in and told the manager about the damage, and he kindly comped the charge for the service. The tech who caused the damage was belligerent and rude and tried to explain that because it was a difficult job, he shouldn't be criticized. So I left angry with the assurance from the manager that they would repair the damage and in fact, the same tech who caused the damage would be the one doing the work. Two days later I mentioned my issues in a Tesla screen style head unit group on Facebook, and someone suggested that I may have touched the screen off button. Well, what do you know? Turned on my car and started tapping the area of the screen where that button is and the screen turned on. There was no issue. Not only did they do extensive damage to my once perfect center console, they completely misdiagnosed the problem. There's no way in hell I am taking my car back to this place to have repair work done. Especially by the same sloppy employee who greeted me rudely that morning and then fucked up my car. The shop is the cheapest. And you get what you pay for. read more

They say the third time is the charm. It took CSW three attempt's to get my install right. Not the fault of the equipment, but the selection of the amplifier. The original amplifier was mounted vertically, with the connections on top. All the equipment was installed in the spare tire well including the JBL sub. When the tire well cover was put in place, along with other items placed in the trunk, the added weight put stress on the connectors which eventually came loose causing the left or right channel to drop. Today Diego was the man, he looked at the problem and suggested that a different amplifier mounted horizontally may be the solution. An hour later success!!!! Cheapest in town isn't always the best in town. Spend $965 on a Sony touch screen head unit. When they were done I noticed they left all the trash in my floor board and cup holders (not that big of a deal). Also they broke my bezel around my AC controls. Like the unit but I'd rather pay more and not have my shit broken. read more

A lot of problems with these guys every time I went they always had me waiting for hours on service and help with my subs my stubs are still not working to this day and I called my bank to get my money back since they couldn't do anything to fix them and they still tried to call to make pay and had me waiting for hours to fix my problem everything over price they rip you off and I had came back multiple times to have my subs fixed and my amp and subs been replaced three times ! Great car stereo shop. They were able to fit us in to their schedule immediately. They swapped a head unit and car security system CPU and programmed the remote in under 60 minutes. They are unbelievably fast. They also were able to provide many options for having multiple video inputs and options for modifying the dash for a double din stereo. If the quality of work equates to the condescending disrespect I recieved from him, I'll take my business elsewhere. This business installed new fog lights. After the installation they brought my car out and another one of their customers damaged my car with $1700.00 worth of body damage. Both their insurance company and State Farm, the other driver stated it was neither of their faults. Very poor customer relations and total lack of respect for personal property. read more

Let me first start by saying this is my 3rd visit to this warehouse. The first 2 visits/purchases were excellent and received excellent views from me. The 3rd visit not so much. I stopped in July 23 (Friday) at approx. 11:45 am to get pricing for a Viper security system on my 2019 Toyota Rav 4. I am in the process of moving so I had a lot to get done that day. My intent was only to get pricing for that day and then I would set up a day that I could come back and have it installed. I was told that they could do it the day of my visit because they had 9 technicians on staff. I asked how long it would take and was told 1.5 to 2 hours. That's not bad considering how busy they are on Saturdays. I decided on the type of system I wanted and I specifically asked if I would be able to raise the back door on the Rav 4 with the new fob and was told yes. I had my roommate with me and had to have him at work by 3:30 so I had time to wait a couple of hours. We walked down the street to grab lunch and came back 1.5 hours later. The car was still in the parking lot. We waited anther 30 minutes and I then asked what was the hold up. One of the employees told me he would call and check. No one got back to me and I looked outside a while later and my vehicle had been moved. So 1.5 to 2 hours longer was not going to work for me. But since no one had got back to me and they had started on the vehicle I was stuck there. At 2:30 I was approached and said it would be 1 more hour because he only had 3 technicians that could do the job. That was never mentioned to me before when I was told there were 9 technicians on site.. I said I had to have my roommate at work in an hour. He said he would be right back. Never showed up again until the vehicle was ready at 4:30. By the time I paid and got out it was 4:45 and my roommate was 1.5 hours late getting to work. Also before I left I asked if he could show me how to raise the back door of the Rav 4 with the new fob. It didn't work. He made a call to the technician who told him he could not do it because it would void the warranty. So then why tell me this COULD be done at the very beginning? I have no issue waiting if Its a day I can wait. I understand that these are intricate installations that take time but don't tell me things over and over that are non truths. I was not happy when I left. Not only did I not get my other things done for my move, it screwed up my weekend because I now had 3 days of work to get done in 2 days. This was a very bad experience. Customers expect honesty. I'm not an unreasonable person. I could have come back on a day after my move when I had time to spare. You WOULD not have lost the sale but since I was misled over and over again, I will think long and hard before coming back to have anything else done here. read more
