I decided to give Freeman's a call and probably spent about 30 minutes on the phone with them. They answered all my questions and I decided to buy some speakers a couple days later. I came in and even though they were crazy busy, they demonstrated several of the Hertz speakers for me and I ended up buying 2 pairs of the Diece coaxials. I came I've called several times since and even dropped by to get some sound deadening and fast rings for my doors, and again they were nothing but helpful! I even stayed for a few minutes just to chat and the knowledge these guys have is just mind blowing. They are not your typical car audio store in that they are not pushy salesmen. They GENUINELY want you to be happy with your purchase and you can tell they have a passion for their craft. They will not steer you wrong and feed you wrong information just to make a sale. Avoid Driven Creations Custom - Dishonest and Unprofessional…read more I spent $3,500 getting my car wrapped at Driven Creations Custom in May. Within a week, the wrap started peeling off. I brought it back, and they removed the wrap and agreed to give me store credit since I didn't want to risk the same poor result with another wrap. Fast forward--I got a new car and wanted to use the credit toward a starlight headliner. Now they're refusing to honor the store credit and are only offering a "discount" instead. That's not what was agreed upon. This shop used to be well-run, but everything went downhill after the ownership changed in December. The new owners are completely unprofessional and dishonest. They clearly don't stand by their word or their work. Do NOT spend your money here unless you're okay with it being stolen. I'm extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

He is mobile, so he came out here to my job to see what parts he needed, then he picked them up and came over to my house to work on the car there. Everything looked and sounded great! He charged less than the other places I was looking at - plus the convenience of not having to wait around at a shop for hours! When I thought I had a problem (it ended up just being user-error), he offered to come back and fix it. He was extremely responsive and helpful. He does other work too, and I'll definitely be calling on him again! He's going to install a remote start in my girlfriend's car. Definitely recommend him!
