I made an appointment over two weeks ago for a 9:00 am appointment today for my Sirius Radio. When I arrived I was told another car was ahead of me. How can this be since I was told I was the first appointment. I am waiting on my vehicle and it is now 11:30 am without a word about the vehicle. Can straight in for an appointment. 2-3 hours later, had some bass going in the truck. May come back for some more. Update Went back by Thursday or Friday this week. Told them I want more bass than my current configuration that they installed for me. I was prepared to spend 2k on more stuff. The guy literally looked at the setup and told me I didn't need all that. He brought a different sub box to the truck and man what a difference. It only cost 370. But man what a difference. I told him he's a good dude for not getting the big sale. He told me he doesn't care about the sale, he just wants customers to be happy and refer others. I took my show car a 2014 charger into these people and they looked at my LED Lights and told me to come back with the module well I went out to my car to find my Subwoofer in my trunk flipping around (of course they said they didnt do it) it was NOT like that yesterday when it went in i PROMISE!!!! And when I called them back to put the module in after they said BRING the car in the morning they say oh we prefer not to do it.. i was all set to pay them to do a job with NO PROBLEM but now I am LEFT in the dark bad thing is I was going to buy some more of their products for my other car I am building. I mean someone took off my subwoofer and now it FLOPS in my trunk and I still have no working lights like they said they would fix if I brought the module back! The OEM radio in my 2014 Toyota Camry died a while back and the aftermarket radio installed by a different vendor was never satisfactory. The blue tooth was especially disappointing. I received a quote from Freeman last week and had the Sony radio installed today. The quote was $1067 including the kit, apple play and so forth. When I picked the car up today the Assistant Manager John Howard informed me that after pulling the car into the bay, the installer realized that most of the installation kit needed for an aftermarket radio was already there. Instead of the original quote I was charged a little under $600. They could very easily have charged me the original amount and I would never have known the difference. Freeman ranks up there with the most honest companies I have dealt with. And the new radio is great. My daughter's 2017 Subaru Crosstrek. Front speakers weren't working, didn't have Apple Car Play. I submitted the online form and quickly heard back from Stan, the manager. He asked a couple of qualifying questions about what I wanted. Almost immediately, he emailed me a quote, which surprised me. The Subaru dealership wanted $699 just to replace the front speakers. This quote was just over $1,100 for front speakers and a whole bunch of other things that make up a 6.9" screen with Apple/Android car play, radio, etc. OEM backup camera and steering wheel controls still work perfectly. I was amazed at the sound! Super loud, to where I couldn't go above half volume, but crystal clear. Easy setup and phone pairing, looks good, great price, fantastic sound, priced right, with perfect customer service!!! I'm kind of angry now though. I have a brand new Honda Odyssey Elite. 11 speakers, subwoofer, 550w of power, My wife has a 21' Lexus with its fancy stereo. And now, after this inexpensive upgrade, our daughter's Subaru has the best sound system. read more

I have had the worst luck or experiences lately with getting good customer service and someone truly trying to do a good job and satisfy the customer for a nice change. They spent so much time trying to assist me with a unit I brought in and treated me with dignity and respect during the entire day they worked on my small project they were taking a loss dealing with me unfortunately. I finally have the correct parts and although I would usually rather go to the dentist lol than deal with businesses that are nasty to their customers yet my experience will continue to be great with Freemans and I will continue only allowing them to touch my car. Went in this morning to get my fiancee's stereo fixed. Her radio would turn on and connect via bluetooth to her phone and everything, but no sound would come out of her speakers. When we got there, Robert came out with us and took a look. Turns out there was a small little reset button on the console we hadn't noticed. He reset the stereo and everything worked fine! Besides feeling a little silly for coming all this way to just have a reset button pressed, we were very thankful! He didn't charge us anything, which says A LOT about the character of the people here at Freemans. If we tried to go to a dealership or somewhere else, they would have just blindly taken the car from us, charge us for parts we never needed, and find other ways to nickel and dime us. It's pretty clear from the short time we spent there that the folks here put customer satisfaction first and are looking out for them. Purchased a used car with an outdated stereo system. I explained the minimum requirements of what I needed and the 'would like to have's.' Travis walked me through the overall technology and gave recommendations on stereo unit partially based on my phone. One of the other staff members gave an opinion based on what he has in his car. I walked in the store around 1:00 PM and they installed it same day by 3:00 PM. They even spent extra time to program my phone into the stereo and gave me a 10 minute review of the stereo so I could navigate it.
