I parked at my apartment, they tow my car and I find out that my parking pass was taken off the window that got tinted. I had to pay $400 to get my car out the tow place. When I called eclipse all I got was a "yeah everything has to come off man". I didn't even know the parking pass was taken off nor did anyone mention it or give me a heads up. I think it should be a lesson learned and anyone can read this and just make sure to cover all basis when getting their windows tinted. And window tinters can read this and make sure to communicate when things get removed from a vehicle. But like I said the tint is great, I just have mixed feelings since getting my car towed made me late to my new job and I unexpectedly lost $400.

As a business owner myself, I know things can go wrong with any service. I always test a new shop…read morewith a less expensive vehicle before trusting them with our house or high-end cars. This was supposed to be a simple tint job on our beach car, but it turned into one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had--especially since moving to the area. From the moment I dropped off the vehicle, Chris (the tech) was visibly on edge: drenched in sweat, talking a mile a minute, and already rude. When an issue came up with the rear window, instead of communicating clearly or explaining, he immediately became defensive and started backtracking. When we returned to pick up the car, things escalated badly. Chris completely lost it. He threw window tint film at us, repeatedly approached us aggressively, screamed obscenities, and yelled things like "I used to be a Marine--you don't know who you're f***ing with" directly at my wife. He kept closing the distance on her despite multiple people telling him to back off, and only retreated inside after being confronted repeatedly. Even as we were driving away, he was still yelling from the doorway. I contacted Mike (the owner) immediately. Instead of addressing the assaultive and threatening behavior, releasing any security footage, he brushed it off as a "misunderstanding" about the tint job and made excuses for Chris. Zero accountability, zero professionalism, and a genuinely unsafe environment. I will never return and strongly advise anyone--especially anyone bringing family--to avoid this place entirely. 0/10

He added GSF PPF…read moreto the front fenders, the "A" Pillars, the mirrors and also to the roof area between the front windshield and the front edge of the sunroof. GSF PPF is the "Top of the line" PPF material in the industry. Nothing compares to it. Jason also also upgraded the ceramic from Feynlab V1 to Feynlab V3 on all painted surfaces. Previously he had performed a hybrid application, Feynlab V1 on the doors, the hatch and to the quarter panels and Feynlab V3 to the front bumper, hood and roof. Ceramic was also applied to the wheels and to all exterior glass and plastic trim. Feynlab ceramic is the industry leading ceramic coating, there is none better. If you are considering getting PPF and/or a ceramic coating applied to your vehicle, contact Jason. He will also instruct you on how to care for your vehicle after his work is finished. Don't waste your time and money on sub par work performed by other "Production" shops. They will always overcharge you and they will always cut corners because they want to get you in and out as quickly as possible.
