After procrastinating for months I finally took the time to find a company to tint my windows. Problem was with my busy schedule the only day I could sit down and contact companies was on the 4th of July and hope I'd be able to answer the calls the following day. Much to my surprise Sam from pro tint actually responded to my price inquiry within minutes! Not only was Sam able to answer all my questions he was able to with around my crazy schedule. His knowledge on the laws made me feel like he was more concerned about taking care of me verse making money off of me. The day off my appointment Sam was a real pleasure to meet, he's very welcoming and again took the time to listen. My car was supposed to be done by 4pm, I got a call before 1pm that my car was ready. Knowing that my schedule was crazy Sam went above and beyond without my knowing to get my car done earlier. I've not received the outstanding customer service provided by Sam in YEARS. Not only did my random Google search pay off in the customer service department, after taking those calls from other tinting companies I can say Tint Pro is the was $100 less (and more) then everyone I spoke to. I got my windows tinted at a different shop 4 years ago. I needed my back window redone because it started bubbling and turning purple. I ended up getting ALL my windows done and my windshield because I was so impressed with their work. Rocky is a perfectionist and makes sure he does it right. I could not have been happier when I left there. It was hard for me to contain my excitement. Sam and his staff are awesome and really care about making sure the customer is satisfied when they leave their shop. And their shop is very nice, clean, and comfortable. But my favorite part of the whole experience was I was able to watch exactly what was being done to my car from where I was sitting. I would HIGHLY recommend this business. Outstanding customer service!! I would highly recommend Tint Pro based on my experience with Ronaldo Cruz. I had a 3M tint that needed warranty work completed and Ronaldo offered to complete my warranty work after normal business hours since I was not able to make it during that time. He treated me the same as if I were there during normal business hours, he didn't have a negative attitude that he was working late and treated me very well. He did a great job with replacing the tint in the back window and didn't rush the process just to finish it. I was very impressed with both the work and customer service. It is very hard today to find a company/someone that goes out of their way to accommodate the customer and do so with a great, friendly attitude. My experience with both Sam and Rocky was top notch and of the highest quality . Rocky tinted the rear glass and both driver and passenger side windows front and rear on my 2017 Honda Accord. When a couple issues occurred due to the cooler weather and timing problems , both Sam and especially Rocky were quick to respond and corrected all the problems with no complaints or any unnecessary delays . Rocky even personally texted me to ensure I was available to come in and fix the few issues with my tint . There was no additional charge and the level of professionalism was impressive . I went here yesterday to have my tint removed from my car because it didn't pass inspection..originally I had made an appointment with Sun Stoppers who quoted me a price 60 dollars higher than this place.
