They did clear ceramic coating then applied PPF. Most of the website mentioned that PPF should be placed first then clear coating otherwise PPF will not stick ! And that what happened! PPF in car front hood started bubbles in less than 2 months. When I went back there, PPF guy told me that it's my fault and telling me that I did something that caused it. He was telling me that I took car for car wash and that caused it despite I told him that car didn't go for any car wash. Initially they told me that they will not going to cover under warranty. Finally they agreed to replace it. When he pulled film out, he told me that I put it somewhere else and not the film they put it. I told them that this is only shop I came to do PPF and I didn't do any experience in my luxury car. However PPF guy at this location is adamant and do not want to listen anything. Also when I went second time to see them as per appointment, shop was closed and PPF guy came 45 minutes late. Then he told me that he is busy so can't do it and I have to come again. I called their customer service and They told me that I am lying and only purchased/ installed bumper PPF. They only have receipt for front bumper PPF installation only. I found my credit card receipt and invoice showing I paid for bumper and front hood PPF. I sent them a copy and they told me that they will investigate and let me know. Its almost 3 weeks and no response despite follow-up e-mail and several phone calls. Also they are nice enough to install partial hood PPF but rain came straight 2-3 days after installation and water entered into it. That's mean they did bad job again ! I sent them picture again and still no response. Again all this happned because of they placed ceramic coating first then PPF afterwards. read more

I moved from Florida, and when I went to get my car inspected for registration renewal, found that my tint was too dark. The inspection station I went to recommended Sun Stoppers. Initially I was frustrated because my past experience with tinting companies has been less than ideal. However I found this location to be fast, super-friendly, and very reasonable. I was quoted a price over the phone and then was offered better tints when I brought my car in. While waiting other customers came in and were offered the same job (although one person was told his car was REALLY hard to do) for less than half of what I was quoted. Disappointing. Lesson learned whatever they quote you over the phone can be cut in half once you get in the shop. read more
