    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Auto Bell…read morelocation on South Boulevard. As a hard-working customer, I expect to receive the quality of service that I am paying for. I purchased the $41 premium car wash package, which is advertised as a thorough interior and exterior cleaning. However, the service I received fell far below acceptable standards. When the attendant (Charlie) informed me that my vehicle was ready, I decided to double-check the interior before leaving due to prior disappointing experiences. Upon inspection, I discovered that my car had not been properly vacuumed at all , debris and dirt were still clearly visible under the floor mats, the floors were dirty, and multiple interior surfaces had not been wiped down. Had I not checked, I would have driven away having paid full price for an incomplete service. I want to be clear that my concern is not about the age of the employees. Everyone starts somewhere, and young workers deserve opportunities. However, proper training, supervision, and quality control are essential especially when customers are paying premium prices. Customers should not have to inspect the work themselves to ensure that basic tasks were completed. I strongly encourage Auto Bell management to invest more in hands-on training, performance checks, and accountability for employees before releasing vehicles to customers. Practice vehicles, quality inspections, or supervisor sign-off could help ensure consistent service standards. At this time, my experience would merit no more than a two-star rating. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers receive the level of service that Auto Bell advertises and charges for. Sincerely, A Concerned Customer
