Big shop eyeballed it and gave us a high estimate and said it would likely go up by another $1k once they did the tear down. Knowing we might have to pay for some of the damages, we took it out of there. My guys at Nick's Auto Repair told me about Jason. We took it there and by the end of the day, we had our estimate. Not only was it lower than the big shop, he committed to an invoice so detailed that it would help me in my issues with my insurance company. Big shop had estimated a minimum of three weeks to get it done. Jason got it done in six days. And it looks awesome. I hope to never need an auto body shop again, but if I do, Jason is my guy.

Talked to some local upholstery shops and the consensus I came away with was it would cost roughly $350 to replace a failing headliner. I had a sneaky suspicion there was another option out there...somewhere. I found good ole Will's on the interwebs and gave him a ring. He said he could replace my entire headliner, most likely in under an hour and most likely for less than half of what I was being quoted at the upholstery shops. AND, he would come to me! I Was sold. The guys showed at my place of work as scheduled, were polite, friendly and professional. and finished the entire job in well less than hour. What more can you ask for? I did clean out my car before he came. Not only did he get whatever stains the dealership was supposed to get, off my seats but he had my car sparkling inside. Although paintwork is not their specialty, they offered to fix the paint issues on my Toyota Corolla new, and I trusted them to do the job properly. Unfortunately, the results were poor, and I was left extremely dissatisfied with their work When I raised my concerns, instead of taking responsibility and genuinely trying to resolve the situation, they became defensive and continued making excuses I also felt that they tried to take advantage of the language barrier to dismiss my concerns rather than address the actual problems with my vehicle What concerns me even more is how they manage their online reputation. They publicly portray themselves as a business willing to resolve customer complaints, but my experience has been very different. My negative comments have been removed from their social media pages, which raises concerns about how they handle honest criticism. Their advertising creates an impression of professionalism, but in my experience, their actions did not reflect that image. I believe customers deserve transparency, accountability, and respectful treatment regardless of the language they speak. I strongly encourage anyone considering this business not to rely solely on its social media advertising. Do your research, look beyond the promotional posts, and carefully consider your options before trusting them with your vehicle.
