I highly recommend them. First of all, they texted me often so keep me informed of when they were coming -- which I really appreciated. I couldn't believe they did such a fabulous job in such a short amount of time. I have a 2006 Honda Civic. They came yesterday and were in and out in less than an hour. LOVE the fact they came to my home, too. How convenient is that? The price was right, too! I had been quoted a price of $600 by a company in Matthews. (WHAT?!) Where's the first place to look when your headliner starts falling down and flapping in the breeze like a proudly displayed 'murican flag? Uh...Google of course....err I meant Yelp. Talked to some local upholstery shops and the consensus I came away with was it would cost roughly $350 to replace a failing headliner. I had a sneaky suspicion there was another option out there...somewhere. I found good ole Will's on the interwebs and gave him a ring. He said he could replace my entire headliner, most likely in under an hour and most likely for less than half of what I was being quoted at the upholstery shops. AND, he would come to me! I Was sold. The guys showed at my place of work as scheduled, were polite, friendly and professional. and finished the entire job in well less than hour. What more can you ask for? I have no qualms about highly recommending Will's to anyone in need of a replacement headliner. read more

These guys are awesome! A two man mobile team literally had my headliner replaced in less than 30 minutes and I got to choose between a few shades. Other companies want to charge twice as much and require you to leave your car for a few days. This guy just wasted 2 weeks of my time. First call was great. Quoted price to replace headliner and said he'd be at my place the next afternoon. I waited and he never came. Called back and said he got backed up and would be there the next day. This went on for 2 weeks. If you look at his professional website, and it's a good one, it mentions in there "since the passing of Will etc". Will died. Son took over. All the good reviews on this company were when Will had the company. Look at the dates of the reviews. Look at the majority of all recent reviews and they all have the same story. The guy promises the world but just doesn't keep the promise. Don't waste your time. And remember "you get what you pay for". Fly by night. read more

I contacted them on a Sunday evening and they were able come out to my work Tuesday morning to replace my headliner. The color was exacly what I already had in my car and my headliner looks brand new. I'm so happy with the work they did! They were quick to respond, showed up on time, and did a great job. They were also very affordable and mobile. I'm glad that I chose them to do the work and would definitely recommend that other people use them as well. read more

These guys are very good at replacing a car liner. They were easy to contact and came as promised to the University area. Quoted $150. They took about an hour to remove the liner on my Toyota Camry and replace it with a new one. They have different colors and they will match to your preferred shade. The only issue I had was that they did not connect the overhead light connection properly after replacing the liner and it took them several days to come back and fix that problem which took them barely 5 minutes. The quality of their work is very, very good, but just make sure that you check your overhead lights BEFORE they leave. read more

I had contacted Will's Mobile Auto Headliner to install a headliner in my fathers 1967 Chevy Nova SS Dragster. When I spoke to Will, he informed me that he did not do bow style headliners anymore because of how difficult they are. I informed him that it was a racecar, not a show car. I explained that the car had a roll cage in it, and that all the glass, doors, and original headliner was out of the car. He agreed to come and do the work for us, for an agreed upon amount. Unfortunately, when his son and co-worker came to install the headliner, the manufacturer sent us the wrong style bows. Will's son informed me that they will return once we receive the correct bow's, and finish the install. I called Will back to try and reschedule the installation. He told me that the job was more complicated than he anticipated, and that he had to at least double the cost for the job. We agreed to discuss the price again, and I was to call him back at another time to schedule the install. A day later, I called Will to schedule the install, and he told me that due to the fact that the vehicle had a roll cage inside of it, that he was going to back out of the deal. I informed him that we had a deal, and that I did not hold back the info, that the car had a roll cage. He stated that, "he did not anticipate the roll cage being all over the inside of the car." I again stated to him, that I told him that was the case. I told him that I thought it was bad business practice to back out of a deal, after we came to an agreed upon amount, and that they wanted to double the price of the install. As stated, he had all the information about the vehicle prior to coming out to my home. He then proceeded to tell me, "No, bad business practice would be us not showing up to your home." I explained to him again, that we had a deal, and that he had all the information up front. He then proceeded to hang up on me. In my opinion, Will and his company is extremely un-professional with their customer service. They do not show up at their scheduled appointment time, and are extremely rude on the phone. Do yourself a favor, do NOT contact them for any work. You will be saving yourself from the hassle and headache of dealing with these individuals. read more
