Adaj was able to provide a quote for labor and fabric/supplies which was very reasonable. He was able to begin in a couple of days and all was complete in 2 weeks. Adaj and his partners also provide service for not only furniture for business but also for boats- marine use! Guess what? She followed up via text, as preferred, and got me booked for Sunday morning. Arrived exactly on-time. Even called 10 minutes before arriving to alert me. This is a mobile detailing service that included the trunk, floors, tires, full interior including door pockets and the stick shift bag. She explained the claybar use for the exterior & I sincerely didn't care because I needed the trunk and dirty interior done. Well, upon arrival - I must admit I was quite impressed that the car could look so good. My office mates decided to get their cars done as well and it would be useful to say - THREEEEEE people showed up and this cut the time down but not the detail to attention. Also, one of her staff members kept all the receipts and papers from the car and politely bagged them for my decision to keep or throw away. She was more worried that I needed one of them if not all. Normally, this would just make me happy but I was FLOORED. I threw everything to the floor so it could be discarded but in the past this would have been an easy oversight by me and the thoughtfulness was beyond gracious but most appreciated. 5 stars for promptness 5 stars for the future pricing 5 stars for three (3) people on 1 car 5 stars for having all the necessary items to bring the sedan back from the brink. 5 stars replying via text. Yes, she calls and talk but I'm good with text. Clearly, I'm "that" generation. Cash works for now and they deserved every bit of that tip as they clean the tracks the seats are on, the glove box, the lining under the mat in the trunk and the only drawback... I could see the swipes in the rear windshield once it rained Tuesday night. I think it was Tuesday. I just know it was too soon after just getting a wash. I purchased a Groupon for CLT Detailing & was blown away by their service. They were originally…read morescheduled to come Tuesday, but reschedule to today due to rain. They called and asked to arrive early, which was nice because I was able to enjoy my entire Sunday (with my beautiful car!). Three women arrived and they immediately began working on my car. I had just gotten back from a road trip to NY/the beach so my car had bugs all in the front and sand and pet hair everywhere. They removed every bug, every speckle of sand, and all the dog hair. They detailed all the nooks on the interior & were attentive to every detail. The ladies were all very professional & nice. At the end of the service, I was walked through all the details of my car & they double checked that everything was done to their/my standards. We will definitely be back for both of our cars!!
