I did the $79 detail and the results were mediocre, especially for that price. They did pretty much…read moreeverything I wanted, but in a very bare minimum sort of way. There were still bits of dirt and spots here and there. Also, everything had been moved, like my seat, rear view and even side view mirrors and EZpass. I have been to places in the past where I did not have to readjust everything, and it's particularly weird that they moved the side mirrors. I don't see why anyone would need to do that, or at least put the EZpass back on the velcro instead of leaving it loose on the dashboard. One other thing that really disturbed me was that my garage door opener was hanging out in between the seat and center console, very close to falling through the dreaded crack where you have to get out of the car and reach under your seat to retrieve something. My interior is all black and so is the garage opener, so I was lucky that I saw it right away when I got into the car. Otherwise I would have had a very hard time finding it if it fell. These are the types of basic things that should never happen if people are using their heads. I don't know how it got there, but that is definitely not where I left it. I will go somewhere else next time I need a detail.

I called multiple times and was told someone would call me back but no one ever did. When I went in person they told me they had ordered the part and were waiting for it to come in. This was a lie as soon after my car was totaled out. When I went to pick up my car they had to jump it to get it running. They didn't tell me this but I saw the jump pack in the guys hand as he left my car running in front of the door. I parked my car to drop off the rental and surprise surprise the battery was dead when I went to start it again. I checked my car over and noticed that several parts were missing including my spare tire. I had to replace the battery and go back for the parts they thought nobody would notice being missing as they didn't expect me to reclaim. They seem to prefer to work with insurance companies so they can get away with minimal work, no accountability, and take parts off of your car. I wouldn't think wanting my car back in the condition I dropped it off in at minimum was a huge ask but for these guys it is. I wouldn't be surprised to find out they intentionally left my car sitting for no reason other than to run up the bill for the insurance company and get the car totaled out so they could take whatever they wanted off of it. Choose someplace else. They are not worth the damage to your car.

I thought I would calm down and rethink the review and give myself some time to make sure my comments would be true. My 2nd review: I am no more satisfied now than I was 6 months ago. Eric ruined my car. See attached photos. Even though my car is a 2006, I am picky about how it looks and people would comment that it didn't look nearly 20 years old. I think that Eric may be ok for washing, waxing but NOT CERAMIC COAT! It makes me sad every time I go out and look at my car, knowing what it was and seeing what it is... He was friendly and communicative. My Subaru has never been professionally detailed so it definitely needed some detailed care. My car is cleaner than it was when we brought it home from the dealership! He was able to get a stain out of my passenger side seat that's been bothering me for a while now, it looks amazing. We also have dogs and our seats had a lot of embedded dog hair, and there's no dog hair to be seen now!
