I've used them three times over the past 5 years, witnessing severely decreasing quality each time. 1. Payment term: they are one of the few that require full payment in advance of cleaning. All payment is due within 10min of cleaner arrival. You will have ZERO bargaining power with their sloppy cleaning. 2. Steep price: for a move out cleaning with almost no furniture, nothing is included in the base price (which is already pretty high at 550 for 3200sqft). Blinds, exterior window, cabinets insides, doorknobs, oven, fridge, microwave, etc, nothing is included in that. You bet they will not clean or check with you if you forget to name or pay for any of those services typically included elsewhere. 3. Sloppiness of cleaning. The cleaning quality is just not good, but its sloppiness. It's hard to name one spot that was done horribly, but everywhere is half-assed. With that situation, they claim they can return for a cleaning, even when, as indicated in the name "move out cleaning", I'm no longer available to supervise the cleaning. That's the only recourse they provided. No guarantee of a different team, no option to refund, not even a word to say they are sorry and will do a better job next time. 4. Bad attitude: when I pointed out they had smudge left on every window interior (which is included in pricing), the owner tried to gas light me by saying those are on the outside of the window. When Laz arrived he was so sweet and friendly. I asked did he have shoe covers, he said yes and immediately put them on and got to work. He started at around 9:15am and was finished around 12:30pm.
