Rates are competitive; however, I noticed for another company her rates are higher but she does things they do not do. After receiving the service her prices are well worth it. She arrived as planned for the estimate and took time to walk my house with me and inquire about what I needed and what she could do. Yesterday, they did everything she said they would and more. They arrived on time, with a text letting me know they were on the way. Three people including Idalia for a deep cleaning. They were all wearing uniformed company tshirts. They brought their own supplies. Very respectful of my home. Communication was easy throughout the time they were here. For example, I opted for the extra charge to get my fridge cleaned. It sparkled like new and she made sure to let me know about a compartment that could not be pulled out to be cleaned. I appreciated the effort. We just finished up a renovation and my son has severe asthma, so I figured I'd splurge on a deep clean. She quoted me $700, which was about $100 more than I have paid in the past but I wanted to use her since she's a single mom and I prefer to use small women owned businesses. My home is 5600 sq ft and a deep clean typically takes 4-6 hours with two people. She was there about 2 hours when I told her I'd be picking my son up from school. I told her I'd be in and out of the house all afternoon but would put the $700 cash on the counter in the off chance I'd stepped out when she finished. 15 minutes after I left she packed up, took the money, and left. My house was filthy. She cleaned half the house and left. In no way, shape, or form was my house deep cleaned. It wasn't even a standard level of cleaning. The tubs were filled with dust, appliances not cleaned, floor was filthy, trash not taken out. I sent her a text when I got home asking why she didn't clean the other half of the house. A few hours later she texted me back and claimed she left to get drinks and her phone died. I have multiple texts from her admitting to leaving without finishing the clean all while taking the $700. She asked if she could come back to finish the next day after I called her out for taking the money but at that point I wasn't comfortable having her back in my home.
