I paid 90$ an hour for the two cleaning/organizing techs. I should have just paid two teenagers and I'd bet the job would have been done faster, better and in a more professional manner. Also, if you want them to use "green cleaning supplies" they must be requested. I use Yelp all the time, yet this is the first I've taken time to write a review... If you use this company, then best of luck.

They arrived, asked questions and went to work cleaning up desk. The job was well done. We did a walk-thru and I was telling her about my dreaded move in. They were professional and did the move in under 90 minutes. Moving all our belongings from basement to the respective rooms. I am thrilled with the job Guardian South did- they went above and beyond in every way. From getting the quote and booking, answering my questions, and the job they did at our home - we couldn't be happier! The cleaning team was prompt, friendly, and super organized- they all wore masks, gloves, and shoe covers, which was appreciated. Their deep clean leaves no stone unturned- every item on every shelf was removed and cleaned. I am looking forward to using them again for more regular cleanings and recommend them without hesitation. Thanks so much!

This review is not about punishment. It's about low standards, and extremely poor customer…read moreservice. I was pleased with Fiv5 Star Cleaning for several years. I initially gave them 5 stars. Today, I would give them minus stars if I could. This was how things ended. The text: "We will not be moving forward with Fiv5 Star Cleaning. This is the third offense. 1. You extended an offer for a referral discount. I referred someone, you got paid, and then backed out of the discount. That was the last referral I gave you. 2. In the middle of a prepaid contract, you attempted to raise my prices by $10 per month. I did not appreciate this dishonest practice. When confronted, you defended this position, but agreed to "wave" this increase... "This time." 3. We discussed our next six month contract, Where I agreed that a $10 increase was not unreasonable. Less than a month later, when I went to renew, you attempted to raise the price another five dollars. So let me ask you, would you do business with a company that does this? The services are a gift to my wife. Your standards have decreased. My wife has noticed. Things have been missed. Increasing prices, decreasing standards, and deceptive business practices. This not anger. This is disappointment. We will not be renewing. Respectfully, and regretfully, I will be updating all reviews to reflect current circumstances. Do better. Be better. Integrity Matters...ALWAYS!" They agreed to meet me at my home, to resolve the matter, but an hour before the meeting, 2 girls that spoke no English, showed up at my door, unannounced, without an appointment or a contract. I tried calling them, the manager I spoke with was rude and disrespectful, and suggested I find another cleaning company. This is one thing we agreed on. I do not trust these people. Once trust is lost, the rest is irrelevant.

Originally, this was supposed to be a one-time cleaning in preparation for a holiday party, but I was so impressed with my cleaner that I convinced my husband that we should make it reoccurring bi-weekly. I called and spoke with the owner (AJ) and he reassured me that he would assign one of his best cleaners. My goodness did he..again she was phenomena!! He even gave me a discount for signing up for reoccurring services. I've tried several cleaning companies before, especially after the pandemic and haven't been satisfied. We have tried a few companies and…read morepeople for extended time from a few visits to a year and just hadn't found the right fit until The Organic Maids. I do make sure to communicate and set them up for success about items or communicate if I would like something done differently. This is done through Sandra and then communicated to the person helping. This really takes the awkwardness out of doing it. Things happen that is life but it is about how it is handled and Sandra and her team are like Olympians at that. We started out with an every other week cleaning. Really liked them team and moved into a 3x a week customized housekeeping service. There is a service called a la maid which is wonderful if you need more than just a basic house cleaning but less than hiring someone full time (which then you have to deal with a lot more effort to find and handle domestic staffing salary etc.) Having them come in half a day 3x a week is AMAZING! I have actual time to get done all of these projects that I have not been able to for years. Turns out I wasn't lazy or uncapable we just needed more help. With Adis and Alison helping, I can actually be properly rested, care for our family, tackle project and I have way more time too for my consulting business which is awesome. What really sets this company apart from others we have tried is that the housekeepers really care about doing a thorough job. They also are all just incredibly lovely humans. It can be weird to have someone in your house with their energy etc. but I genuinely have felt at ease with the 3 women who have helped us regularly. For the a la maid service I have created a day, visit and random one off items I need help with and share with Sandra. It has been going really well. They have helped from organizing linens in our guest closet to doing a deep clean of just one room, loading and unloading dishwasher, open and breaking down boxes, folding clothing, helping with laundry, taking everything out of a closet and cleaning them placing back in. Removing items from kitchen drawers, vacuum and wipe down the drawers then reorganize. We have had items for donation drives etc. in the house and just ask them to clean around and they do which is lovely. They just are so very sweet and kind hearted. They will roll up blankets, arrange toys and organize our dog's beds. When one of our pups had to be laid to rest recently they have been so kind and understanding about me wanting to leave her items in place. I genuinely get excited to see how they will organize, fold or do. Throughout the week I discover new ways they folded the top tissue, organized blankets, arrangement of plushies and blankets on the pup's beds. It is such a delight and joy that is brought to my week! These little details is what sets them far above and apart in my opinion. There is just a feeling and kind compassion that Sandra, Adis and Alison bring to their work and our home. I find it to sometimes be super awkward to have someone in our home and working around but that is not a feeling I have ever had with any of our regular cleaners or Sandra. Which to me says a lot about who they are and the team they have built. There was one person who was just not a fit and I politely communicated that with Sandra. That can be so awkward to do but Sandra was great it was just a really chill process for something that is a bit awkward to say. A person who was helping us left too and Sandra totally hit the nail on the head with placing the 2 ladies who help us now 3 days a week. I could not recommend them highly enough and would hire them in a heartbeat for any family that lived in the area. They bring compassion and kindness to their work.

We've been having monthly visits for the last 4 months, and it just gets better and better. Kenia does an excellent job every time she visits our home. She's kind and incredibly thorough. She was incredibly patient with our dogs when one day we had to keep them home during a cleaning (our little one is terrified of everything. She basically followed Kenia around the house and barked at her the whole time - we felt terrible). With two dogs and us expecting our first child in a few months, it was important to us to use a company that focuses on organic products.
