Magnificent! I am disabled and my also disabled daughter and I recently moved to NC from VA. The 2nd day in my new house, the water heater pressure reducer valve went bad and during the night, caused the washing machine hose to burst, flooding my entire new home!! Thank goodness I had wonderful homeowner insurance who got things rolling on the issue within 15 minutes of my hysterical phone call. My daughter and I spent the entire next month in a hotel.......where laundry was piling up daily. By the time we were able to get back into the house, we not only had unpacking to do for all our vital and important items, but also the huge amount of laundry that had accumulated during our hotel stay as well as some laundry that came with us on the move. Being disabled, with limited mobility and income, I was overwhelmed and knew that even tho i could keep up with normal daily laundry, getting caught up to that point was hopeless. I felt frustrated, depressed and hopeless. Then i found GreenThumb Cleaning and Organizing, who stated they also did laundry! I was ecstatic and called right away. I spoke to Linda, who was SO wonderful and compassionate and ready to help me right away! She came and picked up these massive bags of laundry....impeccably washed, dried and folded them...then called and delivered them to my door in the exact promised time frame. I am so happy to have found Linda and her staff at GreenThumb! Now that I know all they do, I intend to hire them for routine cleaning as well as helping me to get unpacked and organized! I have been staying at my girlfriend's apartment for the last 3 weeks while waiting for my new house to be built because I had buyers for my old place and did not want to pass up the chance to sell. Anyway, my standards for how clean an apartment needs to be are not quite as stringent as my girlfriend's so I needed some help! I called Green Thumb to arrange cleaning and tidying twice a week and they have done a really great job of keeping the apartment spotless and keeping me out of trouble :-) I had planned to claim that I was the one doing the cleaning but it was much too thorough for that to be believable. I was worried that my girlfriend would be uncomfortable having her apartment cleaned by strangers so Linda agreed to come and meet her during her off hours. They got along very well and my girlfriend already told me that she plans to continue the arrangement when I move out next month. I definitely plan to set up a similar plan for my new house and it will definitely be with Green Thumb (they already agreed to travel the extra distance at no charge!) Thank you guys! We were not happy with this company for housecleaning services. There would be a different person most every time they came so you did not know who was in you house. Missed rooms altogether. They would not show up at the scheculed time ( 1-2 hours late). They would call to reschedule 1-2 hours after scheduled time. The last time they were scheduled for housecleaning services they called to cancel and never called back to reschedule. Would not recommend this company. read more

Green thumb did a great job cleaning my home. I purchased a groupon with them and was not treated like a second class citizen. I paid more for a groupon with another company and all they did was clean 2.5 bathrooms. Green thumb cleaned my bathrooms, kitchen, and all of the rooms on the first level.
