Detailed, thorough, and extra helpful. The team was flexible with my schedule and performed the best work I have had in the Rock Hill area. I will be asking for a recurring service to keep making progress towards the sparkling clean dream! Thank you! read more

Did a great job cleaning my home. Showed up on time and started working promptly. Cleaned every room of my home and left it sparkling clean.

Stellar. Our house is now sparkling clean! Olya and her team did a phenomenal deep clean of our house. She was also very responsive and easy to communicate when I reached out to get a quote and schedule the service. A true professional: super detailed oriented, capable, and hard working. She was able to return our glass shower doors to almost brand new! The team scrubbed every corner of the bathrooms and cleaned all the woodwork around the house, which I usually dust but have never been able to clean like she did. I will definitely have her over for a regular house cleaning and for periodical deep cleaning. read more

I have been using Sparkling Clean Maid service for a couple of months and I am extremely pleased with their service and attention to detail!

Olya and her team did an amazing job! They were extremely thorough and arrived time! The performed a move out cleaning service and did a great job! Definitely worth every penny! read more

I just purchased a new condominium, and although in good shape, wanted it cleaned from top to bottom. Olya was very easy to communicate with, and her team did a fabulous job. They cleaned away dirt no one would have otherwise seen. They were efficient, thorough and quick. Great job! Note that the team would not take cash, so I paid via Zelle. read more

Olya, and her crew did an amazing job in our house recently. We've had several different cleaning crews in through the years, but she went above and beyond what we've ever had before. The attention to detail was amazing and the end result was beautiful. She was highly responsive via text, which was helpful. Also, I am allergic to a lot of the strongly smelling cleaning products. Their products are not overly perfumed, which I really appreciate. We will have them back! read more

These ladies are very hard workers and did a thorough and beautiful job doing a move out clean for us. I highly recommend them!

I requested a move-out cleaning even though we hadn't fully moved out yet (I didn't quite know how to schedule what I really wanted, def a boo-boo on my part). They came and after brief discussion of figuring out what I ACTUALLY wanted and didn't know what to ask for, the team got to work. They did a fantastic job, above and beyond what we agreed on. Excellent price for all they work they did. Would definitely hire again! read more

I have had the good luck of finding and using this service for several years now. I rate Sparkling Clean Maid with the highest level of excellence. Olya and her team are true professionals! They pay attention to details and know how to use the best equipment and methods to get the best results. Olya trains and supervises the quality of the work. You will not be sorry you hired them to clean your home. read more

I recently moved from Charlotte to Canada. Last second I decided to get my house cleaned and I messaged a lot of companies! Very few responded and very few were upfront and not trying to scam me. This company was amazing! The Owner Olya was super communicative and friendly. She had a crew of 4 ladies who showed up and they made the house sparkle. The actual price was not far off from the estimate. Just a $40 difference. They were very quick and very sweet. Moving is such a stressful time and I'm glad they were able to help and be so calming! I think it's great when businesses respond accordingly and don't mess around. I know the cleaning business is not easy and people in general are dirty and not friendly... But I'm a clean person and made sure to be very upfront about what they were walking in to. They were wonderful. For all of my friends who live in Charlotte, I will continue to share their info with anyone who asks. Great team and great owner! Keep up the great work gals! read more

Would absolutely recommend! I will likely be receiving services regularly. All details were discussed prior! Great communication prior, during, and after Olya was great about pricing and super fair for the work they did Will absolutely be using her and her team again! read more

Requested apartment cleaning, after review of other companies prices was on par with area, very prompt with communication, scheduling was easy and they did a great job! Will continue to use in the future! read more

Great Work!!! Olya and co-worker came early morning and never looked back. She went through the house, came up with a plan and went to work!!! Her co-worker was just as hard working, and together they were awesome. Olya has a high personal standard for her work set on quality and service! The kitchen cabinets have not been this clean in years! They fixed all my sloppy house-keeping, made the house look wonderful. The reason they get 5 stars is because they earn it, with non-stop work for 3 1/2 hours!!! The house is a home I can be proud of thanks to Olya and her co-worker. Their next visit will be much easier - I plan to hire again. read more

These ladies were on time and they scrubbed and polished every inch of my apartment. I needed a total cleaning and they did not disappoint! I would have them come regularly but sadly they don't usually service my area. read more

Olya was very reasonable and a pleasure to work with. I contracted her for a move out clean and she took care of every detail. She put a lot of care in to her finished product and the work speaks for itself! No fuss, timely, and professional. read more

Olya and her team are amazing! I needed to book immediately under short notice and received fast communication and booking. I was stressed from having so many other appointments canceled/constantly rescheduled due to the virus and running out of time but this was by far the most stress free service I received from any company. My appointment was early morning (6:30am) for an empty 3 story townhome move out deep clean and the team showed up on time and called to check in. The home needed a thorough cleaning and took longer than expected (based on what was needed, not team's fault) but the team went above and beyond, even taking care of items I told them they didn't have to worry about. When I did a walk through I was instantly relieved of all the other stress I dealt with. I wasn't present when the team showed up or during cleaning but I didn't need to be--no micromanaging needed, Olya and team take pride in their work and covered all the details. I will be recommending to anyone needing cleaning! read more

Had an amazing experience with Sparkling Clean. I reached out to a few places to get a quote - the ask was kind of complex and hard to explain so I was immediately comforted when she asked to come out so she could give a realistic quote. It was a very fair price so we asked to book and she was able to get us in really quickly given it was in the middle of the holiday season (fit us in before x-mas!!). Oh my gosh people the house is indeed sparkling clean and the team went above and beyond! They cleaned things I didn't even know were dirty until they were done! They cleaned things I didn't even know existed!! We are so happy we're working with them to setup regular cleanings. You will not regret working with them on your cleaning needs. read more

Olya and her team are amazing. I would recommend them to anyone in the Charlotte area looking for a good, reliable, house cleaner. I started by texting her, she promptly replied and after a little back-and-forth were able to settle on a day/time that worked with both of our schedules. Although we scheduled about 2-weeks into the future she was sure to text me the night before to confirm our appointment for the next day. The next day Olya and her team showed up on time, and even texted when they were on the way. When it comes to the actual cleaning - I was very impressed!! There wasn't a spot, corner or inch missed. All bathrooms cleaned, all floors mopped and ceiling fans and floor boards dusted etc. I was so impressed with the work and the customer service of Olya and her team I decided to set up a monthly cleaning plan!! Great service. Great communication. Great cleaning service! read more

Olya and her co-worker went above and beyond to help us with some last minute move-out cleaning. I think there was more work than they anticipated, but they figured it out and did an amazing job! I tried a few other places and no one would fit us in before our move-out date, but Olya found a way. She was also great with communication and arrived right on time. Highly recommend! read more

Olya and her team were wonderful! I called her on a whim on a Wednesday because we had family coming into town and, of course, had put off cleaning the place. She quickly responded that they could work me in on a FRIDAY AFTERNOON. But, the great customer service didn't stop there. Because this would be our first time using a maid service and first time meeting Olya, my fiance and I wanted at least one of us there to say hello and show them around. Olya made sure to communicate with us her estimated arrival time so that we could leave work and meet her at our house. She did a phenomenal job of keeping us in the loop while she was there cleaning up the place and even gave us a heads up when the job was going to take longer than expected. In terms of the quality of the work, I can't say enough! The place looked better than it had in the two years we'd been there and tried, but failed, to make it look spotless ourselves. She went above and beyond. The shower, which was in need to of a deep clean, was sparkly white! We have two dogs and yet she somehow rid the house of the "dog smell." We were super impressed and incredibly grateful she fit us in... not to mention she did it on a Friday afternoon on very short notice. Thank you so much for your help, Olya! read more

I was quoted $280 for a deep cleaning of 2000 square foot home with no pets. I asked Olya if they come to the house to provide proper estimates to see what needs to be done and she told me no, they don't come to the house. Since she said no, I asked her what that estimate included because it seemed a little high. Which I'm sure every client would like to know what services they are paying for. Instead of letting me know, she told me I may want to shop around. I guess she doesn't need any business if this is how rudely she treats her clients! With this kind of response, how is she even being hired?! read more

Olya was able to fit us into their schedule right away for a move-in clean. They arrived on-time and ended up spending the whole day making sure everything was sparkling clean as the name says! They thoroughly did the appliances and blinds even though it was a long process. They didn't cut any corners. Highly recommend! read more

They did a great job, however, for the amount they charged, I expected more. They spent most of the time upstairs, where they did a great job. The more used areas downstairs, where I would've liked to see more detail, were rushed and didn't meet my expectations. read more

Great work and a great price. It was a bit of a risk, because I never heard of them and there was no review, but I didn't have much choice. My first option had no available cleaners for the date I wanted and the second one never replied to the web quote form I submitted and they didn't answer the phone. When I called Sparkling Clean, it was a different experience. My order was taken by a knowledgeable person, a price was discussed and negotiated, and we confirmed the details. Exactly the way I expected it. When the time came for the appointment, a two-person team arrived EXACTLY on time and proceeded to clean my apartment. No wasted time and no missed spots, they did an absolutely excellent job, including the horrendously dirty refrigerator and all the kitchen cabinets. I was truly impressed with the work and I would absolutely use them again. You should too! read more

I sent a request quote via Yelp 1 week after I fired my old cleaning crew for having something stolen at the house. And they failed to handle it in the matter of urgently. Mind you, of the 2 yrs they been with me. They have alway been supervise and NEVER have the code to the house. Someone was alway home to oversees the work! With that being said. Olya responded to my request promptly via text which is perfect. For the size of my house. She quoted me $100 bi-weekly. It was more than the old crew but I said yes. First cleaning was great. Took about 3hrs. She did suggest a deep cleaning since the other crew haven't done a deep cleaning in how long. Since my mom pays for the cleaning and her funds are limited, Olya suggested breaking the deep cleaning into 2 sessions. So the prices comes out smaller than a lump sum. Well how perfect.. For the first time, I was comfortable with Olya right away. Manage to give her the code. And I know she can be left to clean my house the way I would want w/o being supervise like the other crew! When she's done, she texted me to say she's done and lock up. Olya have a pleasant way about her. Things are simple. You text her, set up a time, set a price, done. Not talking around the world and back. So give her a try.. You will have the same feeling like I did right. FUN FACT: did you know Olya speak 4 different languages: Armenian, Russian, English and Spanish. In that order she said. So now since I have a problem with my neighbor who don't speak English about her dog and need a translator, guess who Ima call??!!! Lol! read more

I contacted Olya to help clean my investment property that is up for sale. To say that she is proficient, detail minded, and fair would be an understatement. Her fee to do my floors/windows was $80 and she definitely went above and beyond. My house is rather large and had not been occupied for some time, so it was no small task. From the time that I called, she was able to review and clean my house in less than a week's time and was super flexible. She is also one of the sweetest, most considerate people I have ever spoken to. If you're looking for someone that is dependable, reliable, and honest, then look no further. Olya from Sparkling Clean Maid is your person! There are so many dishonest companies in this field, I am so lucky to have found someone as genuine and trustworthy as Olya. read more

I used Olya and her team before to clean my house when I first moved in. She showed up with 3 other woman, was there for over 2 hours, and the house was fantastic. This month, I decided we wanted to get regular cleanings and gave Olya a call. When the day came, Olya didn't show up at her designated time. I texted her to see where she was, to which she called and said sorry she was running late. She called again, asking for the address. It seemed like she wanted me to cancel, but we had built it into our schedule to get the dog out. 45 minutes later, she showed up with one person, and was confused that there was very furniture there, which we expressed to be the case previously (we'd been living there for a year), and didn't think she'd get to everything but she was going to call her husband to help. Instead of calling to say she was done, like we asked, they left an hour later ( we knew because of our alarm system). I texted with her after because the house looked like she had done nothing but vacuum the couch. The floors were not done, the baseboard were dirty - there was a whole room they didn't even get to and our house is only 1100sq ft. I couldn't figure out what had happened in an hour (and why she was only there an hour). Her response was usually it's more money and they only do an hour- which I was not told before. , but she'd come back out to make it right. So I said that would be great, we still want future service, so that will make it better. She said she'd come Tuesday, of last week, and I still haven't heard back. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because this service was fine the first time, but it feels like I just threw away cash this time. I would look elsewhere for a house cleaning service. However, if Olya ever reaches out to me to make things right, I'll be sure to update. read more

Olya, Joel, and their whole crew are simply wonderful. They said they'd "seen worse" but I doubt it. We had a 5 BR, 5 bath, 6000 sq. ft. house vacated by a slob of a family member who left 4,500 lbs. (2-1/4 TONS) of trash behind. My husband & I did most of the "dumping" but Olya et al had to toss out most of their own equipment after exhausting it on cleaning the place & leaving it practically spotless. They removed tons of yukky carpeting & had to literally go on hands & knees to scrape the floors of residual glue. They also did a remarkable job turning the overgrown jungle of a yard into a reasonably acceptable site for prospective buyers. They were very conscious of price, wanting to be eminently fair, and they were. They are such hardworking, trustworthy, professional people that you need not bother getting other bids for your job (we didn't)... just book Olya! read more

Very responsive and polite. Did an amazing job deep cleaning our house top to bottom!

Olya and crew were amazing! I gave them a daunting task; clean up the whole house and make it appear my 100 pound, fur ball of a German Shepherd never existed, and they had to do it without running water. I'm moving out and the landlord never knew I had a dog (didn't want to pay the pet fee) and I turned off the water and transferred service before I booked Olya. Wow! That was my first reaction upon entering the house. Just wow! I still can't get over it. She even polished the door knobs! The blinds were done. It looked and smelled like my dog was never there. Not a thread of fur or speck of dirt anywhere. It was all the other positive Yelp reviews that persuaded me to hire her over others and the reviews didn't lie people. I'd recommend her to anyone. read more
