I've been looking for a new cleaning company since November. In the spirit of minimizing trial and…read moreerror, I did quite a bit of research and narrowed it down to this and one other company, and had a clean with each. New Sense was, without a doubt, the clear choice for me. The owner, Franchely, is very professional and responds promptly to all inquiries, even though I asked a lot of questions and took my time making a decision, she didn't waver in her politeness. I sent her a last-minute, Hail Mary message on a Thursday requesting a clean for the upcoming weekend. Without hesitation, she got booked for that Saturday. The team showed up early (but not too early). They were polite, prompt and friendly. They toured the house, asked what made me switch cleaning services (which I truly appreciated), and got started immediately. They set an estimated completion time of 3 hours. I headed out so they could work in peace. 3 hours later, they were finishing up as scheduled. When I returned, I saw that no detail was left unattended. Everything was beautifully clean, and my home smelled divine. It was also a fair price for the quality of the work. I will be using them monthly and can't wait for my next clean.

She was reliable, thorough, and paid great attention to detail. On top of that, she's incredibly sweet, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I requested the cleaning of my one bedroom and one bathroom home. Christy responded promptly to my…read moreinquiry via Yelp and stated she could provide service the day I requested it. She and another lady arrived to complete the service on time. She emphasized on arrival that they were heavily booked today and seemed a bit anxious. I thanked her for scheduling me. Out of respect for their time, I showed them around quickly, and they got to work cleaning. I left the house with my dog for a bit, though they said we could stay to minimize interference. Within an hour to an hour and a half, they were done. The cost was $140. When I came back, everything looked okay at first glance. However, later, I found debris still in the corners. The water was dirty when I mopped my floor a week later. For context, I have a tiny dog whose paws get wiped on entry. I don't wear shoes in the home, and I work out of town and am out most of the day on the days I'm home, so there is not a lot of foot traffic in the home. I'm unsure if the home didn't get the attention needed because of their busy schedule or because it stressed her, but attention to detail is critical in the cleaning business. If proper attention can't be given to a home, it's better to reschedule than leave the job somewhat undone.

Some people may not realize, but when life really overwhelms you, it can cause disarray in areas of life such as your home & to have someone come in and lift a load and help you get upright is a blessing! Yes you pay for it, but I am that much closer to peace in my safe haven. Phillip took his time on my 1 bedroom apartment today. He went over time and I wish I had a million more dollars to send. I felt so bad because I had clutter everywhere. Clothes all over the bed. All in the corners. I had papers all over the counter top and dining table. I had books and schools supplies scattered in the living room. Every shoe was there to greet you at the front door. The place was a hot mess!!! NOW, The place smells wonderful. I love the vacuum lines . The sink HAD hard to remove mess and it's sterling silver now. The microwave and oven are clean. He folded my clothes for a small fee that I'm sure many of us will pay over and over. Nobody likes folding clothes. It's sooo irritating. It just looks like a nice place to be. Now, all I have to do is go through the piles of mess I had scattered. Thank you so much and I'll be back again and again.
