She and another lady arrived to complete the service on time. She emphasized on arrival that they were heavily booked today and seemed a bit anxious. I thanked her for scheduling me. Out of respect for their time, I showed them around quickly, and they got to work cleaning. I left the house with my dog for a bit, though they said we could stay to minimize interference. Within an hour to an hour and a half, they were done. The cost was $140. When I came back, everything looked okay at first glance. However, later, I found debris still in the corners. The water was dirty when I mopped my floor a week later. For context, I have a tiny dog whose paws get wiped on entry. I don't wear shoes in the home, and I work out of town and am out most of the day on the days I'm home, so there is not a lot of foot traffic in the home. I'm unsure if the home didn't get the attention needed because of their busy schedule or because it stressed her, but attention to detail is critical in the cleaning business. If proper attention can't be given to a home, it's better to reschedule than leave the job somewhat undone.

My realtor was impressed at how thoroughly the home was cleaned and said it smelled fresh. Later, I was told that the buyer was extremely impressed and grateful for how thoroughly the home was cleaned. Ms. Paradise responded and we got things scheduled. I was initially quoted $300 for the service but shortly after received a new message the the cost would be $500 and they would give a 25% discount leaving the total to be $393.75. I let it slide because I had really been exhausted with the process of finidng a cleaner amongs other moving services and put down the deposit for the service. The team of 3 cleaners were supposed to arrive between 9am-10am though I had asked for them to arrive at 9am due to having carpet cleaners coming in at 1pm. On the day of the cleaning, everyone was late. Ms. Paradise arrived around 10:15-ish, solo. As soon as she arrived she let me know one young lady was going to be late and the other had called out and wouldn't be showing up at all. Now, as a customer, I quite frankly do not care about the reason someone in your company will be no-showing or late. That is the company's issue, not mine. I am paying for a service to be done. The professional thing to have done would be to have a backup for these situations. No backup. As far as the young lady that was going to be late, I expected 10-20 minutes late, 30 minutes TOPS. Not 3 HOURS!!! Everyone was already late but to be 3 hours late is WILD! I expected this service to take around 4 hours as the place was completely empty and mostly carpet (which I already had carpet cleaners set to clean these). It took 7.5 hours. My carpet cleaner arrived on-time at 1pm and had to work around them and he even finished before they did. The ladies did a pretty decent job with cleaning but this entire ordeal was beyond unprofessional and frustrating. No discount or accomodations for the inconvenience and unprofessionalism. The ladies were nice and I appreciate the job but unfortunately, I believe this is my first and last time giving this company a try.
