Rates are competitive; however, I noticed for another company her rates are higher but she does things they do not do. After receiving the service her prices are well worth it. She arrived as planned for the estimate and took time to walk my house with me and inquire about what I needed and what she could do. Yesterday, they did everything she said they would and more. They arrived on time, with a text letting me know they were on the way. Three people including Idalia for a deep cleaning. They were all wearing uniformed company tshirts. They brought their own supplies. Very respectful of my home. Communication was easy throughout the time they were here. For example, I opted for the extra charge to get my fridge cleaned. It sparkled like new and she made sure to let me know about a compartment that could not be pulled out to be cleaned. I appreciated the effort. I have a 3 story home and in four hours they touched everything leaving my home fresh and comfortable. With another service I felt as though I had to constantly ask for basic things to be done.
