Luis was very responsive on Yelp. He looked at the place and quoted us very quickly. It was very reasonably priced. He quoted us 1 day in terms of how long it would take to paint the rooms we have. Luis explained to us what we needed and we purchased it. They were able to get it all done in the day but you can tell it was very rushed. They painted over the outlets and light switches which is very frustrating. There was paint on the floors as well. There was also bubbles as well on the walls. Overall, they finished in the time quoted which really helped us out but we would've liked less mistakes. We would recommend if you need something done but just keep in mind that they might rush. They also didn't have masks on as well in our home which was frustrating because of covid. We came home while they were doing the job and no one had them on.. read more

I cannot say enough about the kindness of Luis. I needed spare carpet pieces for not the actual carpet, but for the bumpy backside of the carpet. (Old dog training trick to potty train dogs...let their paws feel a weird surface so they don't want to "go" on the carpet.) Luis could have easily charged me for the spare piece I asked for. But not only was he kind in not charging me, but he even delivered to my front door. And it was enough to try a few trials of this potty training trick. Changing to one star. I was able to go and see the results and the carpet looks awful. Running a handheld home cleaner over it got out multiple tanks of black, opaque liquid, and Luis just said his job was to come out not ensure the carpets are clean. I understand that there will be some dirt etc. left with the pad and all, but multiple tanks of this from a household cleaner is unacceptable, and he just says the job was done correctly and that's it. I just had them come out & clean my carpet upstairs & downstairs. They arrived on time, were helpful in moving furniture out of the way and did a really good job getting rid of some set-in mud and coffee stains! I am not sure what type of foaming cleanser they use, but it smelled nice & clean. As for drying time, the carpets upstairs dried fairly quickly, but the ones downstairs took a bit longer. I had ceiling fans going upstairs, so that helped reduce the drying time there. Also, they told me that they do installation of carpet, hardwoods, laminate flooring, etc. Which is good to know as its about time to change out the carpet in a couple of rooms! read more
