We had a horrible experience with this company. We had them redo some pre-existing wood floors and…read moreinstall new wood floors. The finished product was horrific. I'm talking splattered stain, huge dark stain spots, dents in our floor and bubbling of the top coat. They ultimately redid the whole thing but the second job was not much better than the first and even had some new damage to our original floors that they tried to cover up. Our complaints were dismissed as "stain variation." They refused to come and look at the second job even though their terms and conditions say to schedule a walk through and they did not honor their satisfaction guarantee. We ultimately had to take them to court and won for them to repay $5400 (only 1/3 of what we paid) and we've yet to receive the full refund. I would advise doing your research and paying extra for guaranteed quality (or at a minimum make sure their sons don't do the sanding).
