I'm so happy to share my experience with Damian! I was able to get an appointment within just a few days (which I have a feeling isn't the norm!). He was probably the quickest and most responsive service provider I've ever worked with--excellent communication and very informative, offering different package options based on my needs. I decided to book after reading his great reviews, and I couldn't be happier that I did! My pup has been sick over the past week (IYKYK), and I also had some red clay mud tracked in on my front steps from ongoing new construction and workers coming and going. My home is three stories, so not a small job! Damian walked through the house with me, explained his method of treatment, and then got right to work. I was shocked when several stains I thought would never come out actually did! My house smells so fresh, and Damian was an absolute pleasure to work with. Hired Damian for $1750 to clean/ stretch my carpets, do a move out cleaning, and powerwash my dive way. Power-washing- ultimately was fine thankfully Move out cleaning- my wife had to clean behind him and I had to prompt him to dust and touch up several areas. He wasn't initially hired for this service but showed eagerness to do it. I should have declined this service from him Carpet cleaning/ stretching- Im still not sure how he cleans carpets. He brings out a big spin brush and I guess sprays chemicals on the floor prior? Had an open house yesterday to try and sell my home. Between the realtor and guests the only comments were the house smelled like an animal lived there. It's the weekend have tried multiple times to contact and remedy the situation. Was told I would receive a call. Now I'm told his number is no longer of service to me. He went from friendly to CYA real quick when all I wanted was a brief phone call to ask what he used to spot treat a spot on my carpet. My house smells horrid right now. No smell prior. Also I had multiple creases in need of stretching was only able to remedy two of them. Side notes -First day of the job we agreed to meet at the property to discuss issues he had carpet stretching. I arrived at my property and was greeted with majority of my lights left on, the garage door wide open and my house unlocked with him absent. Called him to see if everything was ok he told me he didn't think I would be at the property yet. I should have immediately terminated services at this point. I found Damian here on yelp and decided to trust him because he had good yelp reviews. I'm now left with a smell in home. Trying to go over the spot with my own steam cleaner with just water results in pulling up multiple returns of muddy sudsy water. *Edit since you're lying which is defamatory* The job was 4 days not 5 and you estimated it would take 2 and a half days. YOU were given a check before completion (my mistake). YOU under quoted yourself because you took on more than you could handle which is not my fault. You did NOT pressure wash my house you were asked to do the fence and driveway. YOU offered to do a spot under two windows as part of that service I asked you to clean windows we looked at them together and I told you not to worry about them. There was no "free labor" you were asked to stretch carpets. I approved a cheaper solution and you ballooned the corners up. I asked you to fix a problem YOU created. That isn't free labor! I called you on Saturday to formulate a plan. I asked about potential services. When I tried to contact you again to brainstorm YOU said you would call me tomorrow. I sent photos and text to help figure out a solution. The next day you texted me in church (I did not initiate contact) . I tried to promptly call you back (3 calls). You said you'd call me after lunch. I waited over an hour called 1 more time, sent a text, and YOU took offense to it. I understand it's your son's birthday. I just wanted to talk on the phone to formulate a plan. My Sunday and my family have value too and I am now spending it still cleaning up after you for your "job well done". It was my mistake paying you early and not doing a proper walk through and finding out the failures of what you did to that spot on the carpet until my open house. You are welcome to respond but if you continue to bend facts and flat out lie, I will be forced to seek legal counsel. read more

Damian was responsive, quick to schedule the appointment, and thorough. I had a lot of algae growing on my outdoor cushions and they were sparkling white again by the time he left, which was amazing! He gave me a good deal on scotch guard application, which was appreciated. He also followed up and offered to come back out if any stains were still present on the cushions (which there weren't!). I am so glad I went with quick dry carpet cleaning! With a young child and a dog, my carpets had gotten severely stained over the last few years. I actually forgot the color of my carpet! Damien was wonderful and took his time and went over spots that were super heavily stained and it looks like I have a brand new house! There were no harsh chemical smells, the carpet dried really fast, which is helpful when you have both kids and dogs! We talked and Damian was able to do the job within the time frame I had in mind. Damian arrived on time and began cleaning the church cushion chairs. He took his time and being meticulous by cleaning by hand. After the chairs had dried there were few chairs that needed additional attention. He offers a 14-day guarantee, so we agreed on a day and time for him to return and he did.
