I got an online quote of $150 that would include one bedroom and one hallway. I scheduled an appointment for the very next day with an arrival window of 12-5:00. I called on the day of the appointment just to confirm. She was very polite, well spoken and helpful and we were all set. I opted in for texting and when they were on the way, I got a text with his GPS trackable location and name. Sawandi arrived around 1:00. He was all smiles and introduced himself. He came in, talked about what he would do and explained the after care instructions. He also said $150 is the minimum but there was enough room to add bacteria killing sanitizer and freshener. Yes please! I can't go in yet because it needs 24-48 hours to dry but it looks great and it smells clean, not even a hint of the previous odor. It smells light and fresh without being too perfumey. I took an after picture of a small section. I highly recommend this company and if you need anything done, ask for Sawandi Kirby. He was fantastic.

We have had carpets and upholstery cleaned many times over the last 43 years of home ownership, and we must say that All Star Chem-Dry service rates among the best, if not the very best. Phil, our designated cleaner, sent a reminder of when he was scheduled to arrive an hour ahead of time and sent a message letting us know of his arrival. He was friendly and personable but also efficient in setup and work. He worked tirelessly for over two hours. There were a few stubborn clay stains from our pet's paws that Phil deep-cleaned repeatedly until they disappeared. In addition, the price estimate was "spot on." Once Phil arrived, the items to be cleaned were given an up-close exam and a final price for cleaning. I liked knowing what the final bill was going to be before Phil began cleaning. And that also, he just shrugged and said you should have asked me. 3rd: The corners of the carpet were dark after the cleaning, and when we asked them why it is not cleaned, he said "I" have to get down on my knees to clean it. The machine wont clean it. With him 18 years of experience he should have mentioned what all he can clean and cannot, but anyways we learned it hard way and honestly didn't wanted to argue with him. I got them scheduled and they showed up when they were supposed to do the job, they assessed the situation and got up in the attic to clean out the vent pipe leading to the roof. After around 30 minutes or less, the guys were done. Since then I have had ZERO issues with the dryer and should have gotten this done when I bought the house. Good service, I would use them again.
