I got an online quote of $150 that would include one bedroom and one hallway. I scheduled an appointment for the very next day with an arrival window of 12-5:00. I called on the day of the appointment just to confirm. She was very polite, well spoken and helpful and we were all set. I opted in for texting and when they were on the way, I got a text with his GPS trackable location and name. Sawandi arrived around 1:00. He was all smiles and introduced himself. He came in, talked about what he would do and explained the after care instructions. He also said $150 is the minimum but there was enough room to add bacteria killing sanitizer and freshener. Yes please! I can't go in yet because it needs 24-48 hours to dry but it looks great and it smells clean, not even a hint of the previous odor. It smells light and fresh without being too perfumey. I took an after picture of a small section. I highly recommend this company and if you need anything done, ask for Sawandi Kirby. He was fantastic.

We received a timely call back from David which was pleasing but the conversation went downhill from there. He immediately brushed us off and referred us to Stanley Steamer. David stated they had better prices and he was booked out with an obscene amount of time uncharacteristic for carpet cleaning. We were never quoted a price. The call experience was brief and cold. This left us perplexed and unsettled. In disbelief, we phoned a friend to help confirm our suspicions. This friend has a more accepting name and voice we suppose. Our friend was able to get pricing and immediate availability for carpet cleaning. It's dissappointing in the year 2025 that we can still be discriminated upon via phone for a simple service considering the state of this economy; especially considering that our payment, like anyone else's, is equally valid.

When my contractor started to lay the flooring he realized that we only received 230 sq ft. When I contacted them, they gave no apologies and tried to turn things around on me. They said I ordered 6 boxes -- but how would I know how many sq ft were in the boxes? Again, no apologies and they took no responsibility for their error. They said they would "split" the freight with me. What? This was not my fault. Second, when I tried to leave a review on their site, they apparently don't accept any reviews below a 4 star rating! This gives customers a distorted and untrue picture of the company. Third, don't believe that they have the lowest prices because they don't. I hope this saves future customers from the same snafu I ran into. I am in Greensboro, NC, not San Francisco.
