At the end of the service, I paid Kyle and never received my keys back. He reported 99.9% that he gave the keys back to me but were found days later at the gas station damaged, picked up by a passerby and seen on video surveillance. I reached out to Kyle regarding what happened and Kyle promised that I would be reimbursed for damaged keys but I have never received reimbursement. He later stated that he never 'promised" anything and it does not make any logical sense to pay me.
