I was told it would be taken care of, so I was very disappointed when I returned around 4:30 PM. When I looked inside the vehicle, there was **still dog hair throughout the car**, and honestly, it did not appear that much had been done to the interior. It looked like the car had been lightly vacuumed and some refresher had been sprayed. I was charged **$275**, and for the results I received, I feel like I paid for a service that was not completed to the standard I expected. When I brought my concerns to the staff, I was told by one employee that they had spent approximately **two hours vacuuming the vehicle**. He then went inside, brought out the manager, and the manager stated that they had spent **four to five hours vacuuming the car**. Those are two very different explanations, which understandably raised even more concerns for me. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. If I had known the end result would look like this, I could have gone to a car wash, vacuumed the vehicle myself, and saved the $275. I genuinely wanted to support a local Black-owned business, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, based on the quality of the work and my experience today, **I would not recommend this business and will not be returning.** If you charge $275 for an interior detailing, I expect the vehicle to actually look detailed when I pick it up.

I sent it back and had them fix the issues, free of charge.
