I'm not the kind of person that has to have my car spotless every day or even every week. But on occasion I like my vehicle cleaned and spiffed up. My husband found this company through a recommendation. He bought their service to come to our home and clean my car on site. Trust me when I say that I loved my surprise. I had a clean car - I didn't have to try and find my way across town to locate the place, and wait around in some poorly equipped waiting room. I was able to work from home, while enjoying my own comforting locations. Double win! The SUV was cleaned (inside & out) including my windows. Price - I can't tell you, my husband's treat didn't include the receipt Satisfaction? You betcha! It's an older vehicle, so I appreciated how shiny it looked when they were done. I'd recommend them again, and once the weather warms back up, would do it again.

I booked an appointment online through their website and received a text notification when it was confirmed. They are open 6 days a week - just closed on Sundays. They offer a mobile detailing service, but I just got a standard detail (exterior & interior) level 1 and that was an in shop only service. I appreciated that there were no hidden costs and that everything was available online so I knew how much it was going to be. My husband dropped his car off in the afternoon and I received a text a few hours later when they were almost done. It took about 3+ hours total which was they quoted in-person too. I was blown away with how good of a job they did! They got rid of sand that was in my husband's car since 2018. I also didn't know his car display screen could be so clear. I highly recommend James Mobile Detailing! Detailing a car makes a great present for your loved ones or even yourself.

I dropped my car off at 9:00 AM today for an interior "refresh." I specifically requested that they…read moreremove **all of the dog hair**, because I recently purchased this used vehicle and the previous owner had left a significant amount of dog hair throughout the interior. I was told it would be taken care of, so I was very disappointed when I returned around 4:30 PM. When I looked inside the vehicle, there was **still dog hair throughout the car**, and honestly, it did not appear that much had been done to the interior. It looked like the car had been lightly vacuumed and some refresher had been sprayed. I was charged **$275**, and for the results I received, I feel like I paid for a service that was not completed to the standard I expected. When I brought my concerns to the staff, I was told by one employee that they had spent approximately **two hours vacuuming the vehicle**. He then went inside, brought out the manager, and the manager stated that they had spent **four to five hours vacuuming the car**. Those are two very different explanations, which understandably raised even more concerns for me. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. If I had known the end result would look like this, I could have gone to a car wash, vacuumed the vehicle myself, and saved the $275. I genuinely wanted to support a local Black-owned business, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, based on the quality of the work and my experience today, **I would not recommend this business and will not be returning.** If you charge $275 for an interior detailing, I expect the vehicle to actually look detailed when I pick it up.

Isiah looked at it carefully and said he could start right away. He worked steadily for 5 hours; the paint looks as good as when I purchased it new two years ago. And he did it for the price he quoted So for me, he was a great find. I recommend his enthusiastically and without reservation
