He said I can send you back through - I said then it will still be this way . if it is leaving soap all over car then why would i go back through. I told them the soap is drying on the car and I needed to do something ASAP.. he said i can give you some paper towels.. REALLY !!!! Oh so not only would I have soap all over my car I would get scratches from the paper towels. THERE ARE CAR WASHES UP AND DOWN BATTLEGROUND.. NO NEED TO GO BACK TO THIS SORRY PLACE.. NEVER AGAIN.. I AM DONE.. Now the smart thing would be to refund my money also. I paid for the full services $18,00.
