David was recommended by a mutual friend and after I left a message on his voicemail he responded quickly. I told him our daughter had three pieces of upholstered furniture she rescued from a high school coach's office to be cleaned. In addition, I asked him to clean our carpets soiled by grandchildren and pets. He called on the scheduled day of cleaning and said he would be 40 minutes late due to an emergency out of town. When he arrived, his technician began work on the upholstery and David began on the carpet. Within 4 hours they had completed cleaning everything. The work they performed is outstanding and all of the spots I had tried to clean with Resolve are now gone! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. David has gone out of his way to make sure our rental unit was in way better shape than it was before we rented it. We also used him to clean up our remodel house before we moved in to remove all of the drywall and dust etc. that happens during the process. He has been there as soon as possible whenever I needed him clean up any mishaps (not by me ) a 1 gallon paint accident and most importantly the magnum of red wine on my white carpet! Deep Clean Carpet & Tile is fantastic! We bought an older home and the carpet is okay but not in the best of shape. We wanted to get the carpets cleaned before we moved in. Oh my gosh! They came in did the job thoroughly and quickly! The carpets looked like new, brighter, the whole house smells fantastic, and I don't know what they use but my feet and toes love it, so soft and fluffy! They were VERY reasonably priced.
