They were then overpriced and I do not like that there was no type of estimate given before hand so that I could have not waited a week for the appointment just to hear unfair pricing. The service was mediocre and my carpets did not look much different. Once complete I asked what the balls were scattered on the floor and the serviceman responded that it was the dirt from the cleaner and I needed to vacuum it or pick it up! If I'm already overpaying for spotty service the absolute last thing to suggest is for me to also do what is part of your job- I will never use or recommend this company to anyone!!

I got them scheduled and they showed up when they were supposed to do the job, they assessed the situation and got up in the attic to clean out the vent pipe leading to the roof.
