Big shop eyeballed it and gave us a high estimate and said it would likely go up by another $1k once they did the tear down. Knowing we might have to pay for some of the damages, we took it out of there. My guys at Nick's Auto Repair told me about Jason. We took it there and by the end of the day, we had our estimate. Not only was it lower than the big shop, he committed to an invoice so detailed that it would help me in my issues with my insurance company. Big shop had estimated a minimum of three weeks to get it done. Jason got it done in six days. And it looks awesome. I hope to never need an auto body shop again, but if I do, Jason is my guy.

The service tech, Amir, left dirt streaks all over the exterior where large sections were clearly missed. There were visible liquid trails from cleaning products both inside and outside the car. Some windows weren't cleaned at all, and others looked like they were sprayed with cleaner and rolled up without wiping. The interior barely looked touched. I reached out to customer service and sent photos per their request for a manager to review. I've received zero response despite multiple attempts. Will not use again.
