Update: They did finally show up an hour and 10 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. And they did a good job on my car from what I can tell so far. I scheduled an appointment on their website to get my car detailed, but nobody ever showed up or called. I got confirmations via email and text message, plus reminders an hour before the appointment time. Whenever I try to call them, I get sent straight to a voicemail box that is full so I can't even leave a message. I tried texting and got no response. Very disappointing. read more

I have never, ever had my car detailed (and didn't know what it meant honestly lol) so i appreciate the packages explained on the website. I had the silver package and was thrilled! No joke my car looks brand new. I have 2 dogs (beagles) and they have that short hair that sticks in upholstery. I swear i saw maybe one hair left and it likely blew in the door off of me lol. *****update within an hour of posting this review I was contacted via phone about my concerns.. They offered to come back out at my convenience and address all my issues. I politely declined but kudos for reaching out and trying to make it right. Because customer service is Soo important to me I'm going to raise my review from a 3 to a 4**** I paid for the full gold package suv interior/exterior 2 hour 225.00 cleaning . Positives... They were early and very polite. Cons.. They were done and gone within an hour..which probably explains all the areas that were missed. They asked me to give it a look over so when I started pointing out spots they missed I was told. Oh I haven't gotten there yet? There was a long string of something sticky possibly gum on the driver's side door that was completely missed even though I was told the vehicle was waxed? He tried to say it was a scratch so he didn't want to touch it. I started rubbing it off with my finger and asked him to finish removing it for me. I should have paid more attention to the inside but I was distracted by all that was missed on the outside. I picked up something from my console and there was dirt underneath it. So they didn't move anything when they cleaned. I guess they didn't want to touch that either. They took my rubber mats out but didn't wash them . I could go on and it prob sounds like I'm being picky but for 225.00 I think I'm entitled. read more

I have to say when the guys left my truck looked great. I hand washed my truck a couple weeks later and the finish had some sort of film on it and I couldn't figure it out. I tried to dry wash it off and it just got worse. I've had this vehicle detailed before for the same cost and it lasted several months. Anyway I contacted the owner and had an appointment for this morning for a redo and no one showed or called to cancel. I've contacted them on Yelp and have still no reply. My car made the cross country trip on the top of a truck from San Diego to Fort Mill so it really needed a good deep clean. Something had dropped on the hood and in an effort to take it off myself, I made it worse :( I had one call with Quick Shine and I was confident they would be able to get my car shining again. They did not disappoint at all. Lamont and Breon were on time, professional and so kind. They worked hard to get my car back to its pre-cross county trip. In order to get my hood back to normal, they used a few different things and it worked perfectly. It looks like nothing was even wrong. DO NOT use this business. He scratched my truck and left it looking like a hologram card. I contacted him and voiced my concern and requested him to come back and fix it. I showed the mutual friend that referred him to me, and he called him to come back to my truck and fix it before he would let him touch his truck again. The truck was worse after the second attempt. More scratches appeared. No signs of waxing but lots of compound left on my trim pieces, etc. Look at the pics and see what he left. As a busy (and recent) mom of two there are a lot of drinks, snacks, and meals consumed in the back seat of my Nissan Altima. A five year old isn't the neatest eater and spills happen. Needless to say my back seat was a disaster. I was looking for someone to shampoo not only my rugs but my upholstery also. I hate to give a bad review until after I speak to the owner but that's the biggest problem with this company, their voicemail box is always full and if you try to "chat" on their site you never hear back from anyone. Same as some of the other comments. I paid $300 and they used some sort of quick shine wax and it look good for about a day then it left a film that I just can't get off. They were running about 10 min late and called to notify me; very professional; and my car felt new after the job was completed! The worst detailing I ever had. I bought the Premium Salon Detailing Interior for my newly bought used car. Two guys showed up in a van. After 40-minutes, the bell rings and they told me they are finished. I was surprised. The advertisement said up to 2-hrs. Anyhow, I checked the car. Shampooing the car seats was good. They did not shampoo trims and ceiling. Carpets were still dirty. There was sticky dust under every button, knob and lever that I could see. The seatbelt was still dirty as it used to be. I asked them to clean all that. They spent another 10 minutes. I checked again. It was better now but nowhere near what you would expect from a detailing. Moreover, they totally forgot to clean the rear dash. It still had a cockroach and lots of dust. I asked them to clean and that is when they started becoming agitated. Also, they did not clean any compartments, glove box, ashtray etc. They said they do not go inside any compartments. Though I had emptied every thing for them prior to the appointment time. I just gave up. Paid them $130. And spent an hour cleaning the steering wheel, dash board, buttons, knobs, compartments. Lousy job. Won't recommend to any one. Also, they did not have a steam machine which is required for sure for a good detailing. They just used some cheap chemicals. read more
