Rather sometimes it works but most of the time it doesn't. I've complained to the Store Manager at this location and others but nothing changes. Supposedly the 'manager' on duty can 'over ride' the fail and yes, I've seen it done. Today, the young guy had no idea how to fix it. I wasted 20 minutes this time. Come on Sam's you got to train your staff or go back to a system that wasn't broken.

I walked around my car and noticed that the trim work was completely pulled up and pulled back. It was sticking completely out. I got the attention of a worker there and he went and got his manager. They tried to press the trim work back down. But of course there was nothing that could be done. So the manager informed me that he would go in and make a claim in that someone will be in contact me. So I never received a phone call, on Tuesday, I call them and I ask you know about if someone would be in contact with me about the damage that was done to my car. Well, the guy who answered a phone informed me that he was the manager and he tried to come up with some excuse that that my trim worked was worn out and I informed him that my car is a 2024 car, there is no way so he agreed and he said well, he will get in contact with his superior and he will give me a phone call back. It has been 2 days later. I have never received a phone call and no concern at all. That day was my last day ever going back there. The fact that they tried to blame when they have cameras to show that my trim work was completely down. Prior to me, going in and through the first half of the car wash, so there was no excuse. I feel like I've been lied to by the manager. He informed me that someone from the claim would contact me and then when I call them back, you could tell that the claim was never submitted. It was just them saying that, oh, it was wear and tear. It was not nowhere and tear that caused the damage to my car. My car is new, so just be aware.

Another employee picked up a half smoked cigarette that was laying on the wall and asked another employee if it was his. When my car was ready one employee picked up my car mats and walked them to my car. Water was dripping from the mats as he placed them in my car. I had to ask him to dry them off. He did while stating they were supposed to be vacuumed dry. When I got in the car my rearview mirror was still dirty. There was still dog hair on the sides of my seats where they didn't vacuum. The dash still has dust from where they missed. My side mirror is smeared (I'll post a pic of it). I understand it was the end of the day but the last car should be as clean as the first. And No I didn't think they deserved a tip. I doubt I'll go back.

I mean it was just so nice to know that the old Customer Service still stands strong where businesses knew all of their patrons by face or name...THANK YOU so much Phil for being so cordial and kind and making my day! The only reason I'm dropping 4 stars (instead of 5) is that I had hoped that there would also be some towels and sprays for some detailing work you may be able to do at the self-service bays.
