Since it would take awhile and I was hungry I asked for local eateries that they would take their wife to after work. Went to the White Horse which I already reviewed and have been to a number of times. Lunch done I returned to make an appointment for the work. These guys know their stuff and the work accomplished was terrific. I found it hard to believe that it had been damaged in the first place. Owner/manager extremely friendly and professional. Chats with the customers and I watched him be very reassuring to a lady who was terribly upset that her car was damaged. He soothed her nicely. They transfer the phone call to a CSR and they take all your info and then set up an appointment. I showed up at the appointment as scheduled and they were expecting me and were immediately able to get my vehicle in for windshield replacement. I was told it would be 1 to 1.5 hours to complete the work. You get a text asking if you want to be updated through the process. I received several text's and right at 1.5 hours received a text indicating the vehicle was ready and a Tech would meet me in the waiting room. Matt was very professional and walked me through the one year warranty. It was seamless and easy and I would highly recommend their service. I had windshield replacement in the same vehicle before and they had to get 3 different windshields before they found one that was compatible with all the electronics that are embedded in the rearview mirror which is attached to the windshield. I would highly recommend them. The waiting area is clean, stocked with water and coffee and the restroom was clean as well. Plenty of free parking on-site.

The waiting area is very nice and conducive work plugging up my laptop at their workstation. I had about a 3 hour wait time, so this was very handy. Free wifi access with good stable internet. I was able to remain efficient while working. I was able to listen to Nate handle calls over the phone while I was waiting. So kind and professional. He listened patiently and answered questions with care. He's the right person to have at the front desk for sure. He talked to me about my window repair and assured me that they service Tesla's frequently, which gave me instant confidence. I'd highly recommend this location. You'll be in good hands. My car isn't finished yet but I have zero worries. Updated review: As I'm sitting there, the manager comes out. I verified that he was the manager and asked Nate if I could speak to him. When I arrived I came in the wrong door but they kindly walked me to the lobby and moved my car for me anyway. My two children came with me. They accommodated us with water and coffee.
