Big shop eyeballed it and gave us a high estimate and said it would likely go up by another $1k once they did the tear down. Knowing we might have to pay for some of the damages, we took it out of there. My guys at Nick's Auto Repair told me about Jason. We took it there and by the end of the day, we had our estimate. Not only was it lower than the big shop, he committed to an invoice so detailed that it would help me in my issues with my insurance company. Big shop had estimated a minimum of three weeks to get it done. Jason got it done in six days. And it looks awesome. I hope to never need an auto body shop again, but if I do, Jason is my guy.

He recommended this company as he had used it. The driver back door had to be replced and some other issues around that. First time I went to pick it up, the bottom half of door was not painted. The owner acted surprised it was not done. No quality control here. This was a Friday, he had to keep til Monday as they were closing. Rental car extended, which was more expense to the person paying. Owner did not care. Went to pick up on Tuesday as instructed. The door did not align with the front door when closed. The two doors should close flush as the other side did. The owner wanted to keep it another 3 days to fix this. I, at this point, did not trust the owner not to do something to my car. He had already gotten ugly because it was not right. The basic in your face issues. He also did not replace the trim at bottom of door that was scratched. He just tried to clear coat over it to not see. Which I noticed immediately,. He got nasty and said " When I try to save someone money they do not appreciate it", referring to the gentleman paying. He then quoted $2,000 to replace that small trim piece. I am sure he would never try to save someone money. I just said leave it to save the paying gentleman money. I could live with it. While I was there he was going to try to adjust the crooked door. I had to go out to the reception, which I did not want to leave car at this point. He said insurance requird it. There were no tools or equipment being used, but I went. He was yelling at me and told me I was difficult. Because I wanted my car right, I was difficult. After 3 times, you would think it would be right. I went to front and they set the camera so I could see what they were doing. They pushed and pulled for a while, making me nervous, but brought it out and it was acceptable, not great, but I needed to get out of there. At this point he was very angry and I did not want this to escalate. I will say I would not, under any circumstances, recommend this place. Ever. All nice when he starts, but if you do not accept his poor work,, then all hell breaks loose. There is also bubbles in the door paint....just to replace the door, the rental was 5/12 til 6/1. when was told 1 week to repair. Just does not care. Horrible business.

I stumbled on this company through Yelp and decided to give Brandon a call based on the reviews. Not only was Brandon able to beat those prices, he also gave me options when it came to the repair. He was very polite, friendly and informative. He answered all of the questions I had and was able to schedule me quickly for the following week. Brandon did a fantastic job on my car. It took him about 1hr 15 to repaint it and I barely even knew he was there. The paint job itself looks exceptional. I was a little worried because I have a tri-color pearl paint and the blending process requires a bit more skill (according to YouTube lol) but it turned out great. I honestly cannot tell it was repainted. I will be contacting Brandon in the future for any paint repair needs I may have! I highly recommend him and his team.

With no work done on my car. Second off, I had to go back to them multiple times to fix their lack of attention to their own work they did on my car. Like rushing an oil pan replacement. Not letting the silicone dry, causing me to spend hundreds of more dollars that I couldn't afford. All due to them rushing my services. Not only this but they would schedule work on my car but then would be bombarded with other companies using them to fix their cars and leave me to wait several more hours than promised because their priority was not on my scheduled fix. As well as replacing my shocks and then having to find out that my shocks were leaking. Nothing to do with how my car was but the amount of times I've had to go back to them to fix their OWN work was so so so ridiculous. As a business, they need to have a more organized business that does not treat customers like they are an inconvenience and need to do simple fixes right the first time. Not the 3rd time. I was very flexible and kind to them just to be paying them so much more than what the job actually costed doing it just one time. Communication skills with this business is also very poor.
