Let me preface this review with the fact that I literally just bought my car two months ago and it was my first big, solo buying experience. So, needless to say when I got into a fender bender last week I was devastated. That being said, I honestly cant say enough good things about my experience here. The staff was courteous, helpful, and kept me up to date (but not an obnoxious amount) on the progress of my repairs throughout the entire process. I say "entire" loosely though. I was told my car would take about a week to fix, however, I dropped it off Monday and picked it up Wednesday. The repairs are perfect. They even fixed some scratches we didn't discuss. On top of that, I was told I would lose two stickers I had just put on and they saved both of them for me. So thoughtful and honestly not necessary or expected, but greatly appreciated. If I could give zero stars, I would. Caliber Collision at this location is an absolute disgrace. They had my car for weeks, feeding me nothing but lies and excuses. Paige was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional every time I called. Management was even worse -- totally useless, never took responsibility, and treated me like I was the problem. Here's the most disturbing part: they claimed they "couldn't" repair my car, dragging it out endlessly. But the second I threatened to involve the police, my car was magically put back when I arrived not even an hour after I threatened them to get the law involved. That proves they weren't unable -- they were simply unwilling until they were forced. This shop is dishonest, lazy, and beyond shady. Paige and the management team should be fired immediately, and corporate needs to investigate how this location is even allowed to operate. Do not trust this shop with your vehicle. read more

Just don't, go any where else ANYWHERE! they have had my car a month and ive been told 4x it will another week, the rental coverage is up, I will lose my job so I'll just let the bank have it back and be done. I give them 4 stars for the body work. The work was very good. No complaints there. However, while my vehicle was "locked" in the building, and multiple items were stolen from my car. Over $1,000.00 worth stolen from me and no help from them. My phone alerted me on a Sunday my car was unlocked and the business was closed. After speaking with the GM, nothing was "found out" by her and that was it (all said and done in less than a 24 hour period). NO further contact or help offered. So if you take your vehicle there for repair, please make sure you remove ANYTHING of value from your car. Oh and a 3 day repair took 2 weeks. read more

Staff is unprofessional but friendly. I scheduled a windshield replacement through my car insurance a week in advance and reached out multiple times to see if they were coming and they ignored me and called me 30 minute prior to closing on a Friday... just to tell me they weren't going to be able to do it with no explanation. Do not give this place business. I missed work and had to reschedule with another company. read more

Took two vehicles to get fixed. Very satisfied with the service. The shop worked directly with my insurance and sent me daily text message updates on the status of my repair. The day after I picked up one of my cars I noticed there was an issue with the repaired area and they immediately took it back, corrected the issue and paid for my rental. read more

The main problem, it turns out, was a vendor that they use. That has been corrected. I brought up a few things that I wasn't happy with involving their corporate office as well. I have been assured that all are being, or have been addressed. Got my car back today, and it is perfect. Sad that it took upper management getting involved to get it right, but it brought some things to their attention. And it is fixed. Thank you. read more

I called yesterday morning to have the door on my Dodge Ram pickup repaired. The gentleman who answered the phone, listened to my problem, then told me that the scheduler/estimator was not available "she is in a meeting", and that I should call back in 20 minutes. So, within the 20 minutes, I called a different Collision Repair shop, made an appointment with their estimator for 15 minutes later. I went to that shop, estimate was in my hand in 10 minutes, I committed to the repair, and 10 minutes later, I was in a Uber car back to my office, leaving my truck behind for repair today. I will pick it up tomorrow morning, fully repaired, and $1100 less in my pocket. This could have been yours! But, your scheduler was in a meeting. read more

This shop doesn't even deserve one star. My neighbor hit my car while it was parked on December 12, 2017 and I took my car in to this assigned shop on December 13, 2017. The adjuster Michelle Thomas said that there was a possibility that the paint could come back a different color which was weird because I've never heard of anything like that. They called me at 3 P.M. On the 15th and said my car would be ready at 5:30. I thought that was a little sketchy because it would be dark at that time and if there were any issues I wouldn't be able to notice and I was right. I saw that the paint was off the next day but the shop was closed. I called first thing Monday morning and was instructed to bring it in the following day so they could take a look. A lady took a look at my car and said that she noticed the difference in color and they would correct it and then begged me not to do the survey or review. They put me in another rental and kept my car for three days but when I picked it up they said that they didn't see anything wrong with it, what was the point in keeping my car then. I called geico and asked to speak to a supervisor about my claim and Gewan Ramsarran came out to my home to take a look at the car. He did everything he could to point the finger elsewhere instead of listening to my concern but had the nerve to say that the people in the shop had poor customer service. He also said that it's a three step paint job so that could be why it's off and then said that the metal on the car is going to be a different color than the plastic on the car, he said everything he could except for you're right it's off we will fix it. My car was struck by a dear a few years ago and it came back to me as if there was nothing ever wrong with it, the paint was perfect. I pointed out where the car paint was off where Caliber painted it and he said that it was off on the other side too but that side has never been touched. He said the best thing that I can do is get an attorney. The warranty on the paint job that they swear you have if there are any issues is a lie and now I'm driving around with a two toned car. Again I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone and im considering leaving geico and I will be writing their corporate office and contacting the attorney general's office like Gewan Ramsarran suggested. This has been nothing but a headache since December 2017. read more

if i could give zero stars, i would. i had a car repaired at this location a couple of years ago and was very happy with both the customer service and repair. i even referred people to them. unfortunately, this is no longer the case. i went there today to get an estimate on some door nicks and scrapes to the bumper. when i walked in, the younger front desk girl (i believe her name is allison) told me to fill out the top part of the form and have a seat. another lady came in after me and she told her the same thing. as we were sitting there waiting, the estimator came out and took the gentleman who was waiting before we got there as should be the case. however, he looked at the lady that came in after me and said he'd be with her in about 5 minutes. i looked at the gal at the counter and she at me and just kind of shrugged her shoulders. about 10 minutes later, another estimator came in a called the lady who came in after me. the gal at the front counter looked at me and said "i'm sorry". instead of saying she was sorry, it was her job to tell the estimator i was next, but she never said a word to him. i said, yes, i thought you took people in the order they came in? she said, "oh, i know", but again did nothing to correct the situation. the manager was in her office with two employees who appeared to be having a dispute. there was an older gal at the front desk who was busy on the phone. another employee came in and the older gal at the front desk this guy were joking about how he needed her to be his caregiver. at this point, i asked for the manager's card and left, but not before getting another "i'm sorry" from the gal at the front desk. when i walked around to get my car, the older gal at the front desk was out having a cigarette and talking to the guy who needs her to be his caregiver. i've e mailed the manager about what happened, so i will see what the follow up is. i would not recommend them to my worst enemy after this experience! read more
