My 2025 RAV4 hybrid was struck by another vehicle…read more I had shopped around several years ago at different collision/auto body shops after I struck a deer. I chose CarsMetrics and had an excellent experience with them on South Boulevard. So, it was a "no-brainer" ,I was heading back to CarsMetrics to see what they would say, regarding the damage this time. Jeff, who amazingly gave me my stay few years ago, was also working the day I stopped by this time. He was FANTASTIC to work with. Communication was impeccable, turn around time for the work serviced was faster than expected, and I feel the value was very good in this market/economy. I would not hesitate to use CarsMetrics again.

I highly recommend CarsMetrics!

From that point forward he was unresponsive or when he showed up was not prepared or did not show up when he said he would. The straw that broke the camel's back was when we made repeated text messages with him indicating that he would indeed be here today at 10:00 to complete the repair . He indicated that indeed he would be here today. He was not. The issue is the owner of the vehicle has to take off work thus losing money to make these appointments . He did not show he did not reply to any emails or phone calls . As of this riding I'm still waiting to hear from him . I have contacted someone else to complete the repairs . As a business owner myself , I can't even imagine treating your customers this way . Do not use this person . I see the good reviews seem to be a year ago . Apparently, a lot can happen in the year .

Todd's Paint and Body Shop is by far the best paint and body shop I have used, and unfortunately I…read more have had to use Todd's Body shop on several occasions in the past for smaller project and quite large ones. In fact, I had a white metallic car, which is the hardest to match. Todd had to try 5 different versions of different shades of white until he got it right and you could not tell where the paint was used to repair the damage and where the original paint was. It was that good. By the way, I am real picky and Todd has never produced anything but the best. Needless to say, I have great faith in his abilities and work ethic. William C.

Instead of having me wait until August 3rd they squeezed my appointment in the week of July 20th. My vehicle had front driver panel and tire well damage. Susan, secretary, was very helpful and sweet. She kept me updated along the entire process. When I went to pick up my car not only was the job done perfectly but Todd had even washed and vacuumed it. I am new to the area and was so happy to have found a business that felt like family (honestly they did). I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a body shop. I coordinated with Jonathan after my vehicle needed major work after a deer accident. The repair covered the front half of my car. Most of the initial work turned out ok - but I had to follow up numerous times to get the hood seated and painted properly. First main issue was the hood did not line up with the body on each side of the car and it rattled excessively (so the shop fixed that portion and claimed it was OEM issue from Honda - OK) Second main issue - paint spot/debris/dip buildup on the top of the hood (to sum it up - not a great paint job and I know sometimes things can happen but this was too sloppy - I've seen better elsewhere). On the 3rd attempt after picking up the car - Jonathan mentioned to not rub the hood or put much pressure on it since the paint was still fresh. Well on the same day on the way home, the paint on top of the hood gets damaged due to debris from road. In my 30 yrs of driving several cars - I've never had this issue. The paint had not properly been CURED yet Jonathan released it. This is not rocket science - Had the shop kept the car for another day or two, this would not of happened. I was told to call back if I had any issue and when I did - I got nothing but excuses. He wouldn't offer to repair or touch it up. If this is how you do business - I will never use your shop again and I have let Geico know of your poor business. I hope this review gives some insight to others considering using this shop.
