Jose took the time to walk me through the ceramic tint options, explained the differences clearly, and gave honest recommendations that made the decision easy. I drove all the way from North Charlotte after reading the reviews, and they absolutely lived up to the hype. The install was clean and precise, with great attention to detail, and the ceramic tint makes a noticeable difference in heat reduction while still looking great. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. If you're looking to get ceramic tint--especially on a Tesla--this shop is 100% worth the drive. Highly recommend Jose and Carolina's Finest Window Tinting.

For a full car tint, which they priced at $259, was offered at $159, which was an offer I couldn't refuse. I called and checked on the particulars of the offer and was given an extensive amount of information and set up with a appointment for the next day. Upon arriving I was met by a lady named Lisa, who was most informative with the various types of tints available, and it's various pricing. She is quite a knowledgeable individual in this area and has great customer service skills. Their facility is very neat, comfortable with Netflix or Hulu on television you to view while waiting, fresh coffee and other Refreshments to amuse you during your time waiting for your car to be completed. An hour into Indiana Jones on the TV, and my car was ready and it looked great. My only drawback which is not their fault, is waiting 3 to 5 days to crack my windows as I like fresh air flowing into the car while I drive. I highly recommend Liberty tint Solutions as they were quite professional very accommodating to the customers needs while waiting, in the end result is spectacular.

When A-1 Auto Glass first installed my windshield, the molding around it was damaged during the install. The installer told me it was "dry rotted" and even went so far as to tell me where I could buy a replacement and how much it would cost. When I pushed back, the owner confirmed what the installer said but eventually agreed they would replace the molding. Around that same time, I began noticing significant wind noise while driving. When a different tech came back out to address the wind noise and put in the new molding, he immediately noticed the windshield itself hadn't been installed properly. He told me, "We'll get you a new glass." But when the next appointment came, I didn't get new glass at all. Instead, they just repositioned the old windshield and installed the molding. That work left me with paint chips right at the edge of the windshield--damage I know was not there before. I take good care of my car, and I even have photos from after the first installation that show those spots were not there. When I pointed out the damage in person, the tech flat-out denied it, saying, "That was already there, you can see the rust." Later, when I texted him, he admitted they had removed the windshield using string, but when I asked what they used to remove the urethane, he never replied. I also reached out to the owner twice and received no response at all. At the end of the day, I'm left with damage that didn't exist before their work and no accountability from the company. My car was not in this condition when I brought it in, and I'm now left holding the bag to fix their mistakes. I cannot recommend A-1 Auto glass.
