After five months at this company and three attempts resulting in broken windshields, I was required to go to Camping World to check for a structural issue. Nothing was found on the inspection, but I did get the phone number for Baker Glass. I spoke with Wade, who came to my house to inspect my RV. He saw no structural reason for the windshields to break, and proceeded to order the correct glass and gasket. I picked up my RV last Monday and I could not be more pleased. Wade did a fantastic job before, during the install and after when I talked with him about the job. An insurance company should always use the most competent company for the job. Customer service, before and after the job, plus being the most competent installer I have ever dealt with in 35 years of rving, is Baker Glass. Wade will definitely get all of my glass business in the future.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but after months of frustration, my experience can be your warning…read moreshot... I purchased an expensive RollBak retractable bed cover from Leonard Truck Outfitters expecting a quality product and professional installation. Unfortunately, I've had water leak issues from the very beginning. Looking back, I probably should have been concerned when the installer casually mentioned that this was his very first RollBak installation. Since then, I've taken my truck back multiple times trying to get the leaks resolved. Every time it rains while I'm traveling, my luggage and anything else in the truck bed gets soaked. That's simply unacceptable for a premium bed cover. On my fourth visit, I went to the newer Leonard location down the road instead of the original store. The gentleman at the front desk wasn't very welcoming and came across as though customer service was more of an inconvenience than a priority. They really need someone in that position whose primary focus is taking care of customers. About 15 minutes after I left, he called and told me they found leaks throughout the seals and that the original installer had actually cut portions of my bed liner incorrectly in an attempt to make the cover fit and stop the leaks. He said he was going to locate my paperwork and see if they could get the cover replaced under warranty. That phone call was four weeks ago. Since then, I've heard absolutely nothing. No update. No follow up. No returned call. At this point, I'm done waiting. I'm seriously considering buying a bed cover from another company and dropping this one off on Leonard's doorstep. It's incredibly disappointing because this entire situation could have been resolved with basic communication. If you're considering purchasing a premium bed cover here, my advice is to make sure the installer is experienced and be prepared to follow up repeatedly if something goes wrong.
