They transfer the phone call to a CSR and they take all your info and then set up an appointment. I showed up at the appointment as scheduled and they were expecting me and were immediately able to get my vehicle in for windshield replacement. I was told it would be 1 to 1.5 hours to complete the work. You get a text asking if you want to be updated through the process. I received several text's and right at 1.5 hours received a text indicating the vehicle was ready and a Tech would meet me in the waiting room. Matt was very professional and walked me through the one year warranty. It was seamless and easy and I would highly recommend their service. I had windshield replacement in the same vehicle before and they had to get 3 different windshields before they found one that was compatible with all the electronics that are embedded in the rearview mirror which is attached to the windshield. I would highly recommend them. The waiting area is clean, stocked with water and coffee and the restroom was clean as well. Plenty of free parking on-site.

Zuzu showcased exemplary customer assistance by throughly explaining when emailing back about the quote offered for my glass clearly in detail. He made sure I knew how they would care for my car and responded quickly to fit me in for an appointment that next day. When I arrived I came in the wrong door but they kindly walked me to the lobby and moved my car for me anyway. My two children came with me. They accommodated us with water and coffee. The kids played with the games in the lobby while Auto Glass updated me as we waited. It was such a good interruption from the stress of their grandma being sick. My questions to him were about the type of tinting, shading, how long would it take, what was involved and of course price for the different types of tinting and number of windows. All answers were to my satisfaction. Price was VERY reasonable as compared to others. As for time, Anthony told be it would be about 1.5 to 2 hours and he was right on the money.
